They arranged for a panel replacement twice and just found it is justified to replace the TV.   TestimonialsI recently had a problem getting a replacement bulb for my TV. I called the warranty company and spoke to a representative who took all my information. I was informed my bulb would be shipped right away. After several days, I contacted the warranty company and was told the bulb had shipped via FedEx and was left at the front door. I informed her I did not receive it and was told I needed to contact FedEx as they were responsible. I contacted FedEx who said it had been delivered to a different address. I was quite upset to say the least. I drove to Paul's TV and spoke with Oscar. It was evening time and Oscar said he could not check on it, but that he would the following day. I gave him all the information I had gathered and left the store. The following day Oscar left me a voicemail saying to come by the store as he had a bulb for me! I would like your management to know just how much I appreciate Oscar's efforts in taking care of a problem that he had nothing to do with. He is definitely a customer oriented person who deserves some recognition and a great deal of praise!

Kramer, the salesman at the Van Nuys store, was extremely professional and helpful. He was extremely busy with other customers on the day I came to the store, but he made sure to let me know I would have his full attention in a few moments. This was such a pleasant experience for me, after having been treated rudely or completely ignored by sales representatives at other stores. I didn't mind being patient while another customer was being served, because Kramer was so courteous and made me feel like a valuable customer. Delivery was on time and extremely courteous. After a few days, I noticed a tiny black spot on the screen, probably caused by a stuck mirror. I called Kramer and he was again extremely helpful and accommodating. He told me who to speak with to make arrangements to have the set replaced. On the day the replacement was set to be delivered, the delivery was again on time, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service is so rare these days that I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I am completely satisfied with my purchase from Paul's TV and I would not hesitate to make future purchases from you in the future and I recommend your store to others without hesitation. And after all the research was done it came down to another store and Paul's. See when I went to the first store, the sales people were kind rude and unknowledgeable of there top product. When I had a question know one had an idea of what I was talking about. So I was going from one sales person to the other. This was frustrating. But the guy who helped me out at Paul's (Gary) really new his stuff and not once did he make it seem like I was bothering him with all my questions. I'm 34 years old and my dad is a retired War Viet who's not up to today's new industry of TV's. So even though I wasn't the one buying all the equipment Gary went out of his way to make sure my dad's experience was an easy one by working with me until everything was finalized. We ended up buy the Top of the Line 47" LG with Klipsch speakers, Panasonic Blu Ray, and a very nice table stand which we got an excellent price on as well. To top it all off the delivery guys were extremely nice and helpful to my dad before they moved on to the next customer. After this experience I have been bragging to all my family members about what a great place Paul's TV is. And of course to my close friends as well."
