I’ve just had an absolutely great buying experience.  I don’t understand why all on-line retailers can’t be as efficient as you have been!  I purchased a big screen TV from Pauls on Thursday, Dec. 10th.  My TV was delivered to my home on Wednesday, December 16th.  I researched the hell out of this purchase and you had the lowest price; especially when you take into consideration that I did not have to pay delivery charges and sales tax. I know from a friend in the ultra high end audio vidoe business that this TV was top of the line in performance and specifications and you sold it to me for less than my friend could buy it for.  Add to that the incredible service and I would recommend Pauls to anyone in the market for a flat screen TV.  PLEASE:  keep up the good work.

Exceptional seller, great product, great service... Paul's TV was absolutely terrific!!! They had the best price of all their competitors to begin with and then they upgraded my 65 Inch TV to their highest model for free. Paul must have been named after a Saint...St. Paul! This is the most amazing experience I have ever had buying a large ticket item. The TV I wanted was being sold by 11 vendors on Amazon. Paul had the lowest price by 30%! I ordered the TV at 3:00 PM on a Friday and it was shipped the same day. It showed up on my door step in Texas four days later.

I had great service from Paul's TV the Item I order from them arrived in a very good time. I had a question on track the item I sent them a e-mail and received a answer right away. I would recommend Paul's TV to anyone. Great dealing with them.

I must admit, I was a little worried about buying a 65 inch TV on the internet. I didn't want any problems when purchasing an $1100 tv (the cheapest around)...Thankfully, I purchased from Paul's TV and had no problems. The TV arrived early and in perfect condition. My experience with Paul\'s TV and their delivery company, AIT Worldwide Logistics, was very professional.  I purchased a 54\" television via the internet.  I was contacted immediately after the purchase and was provided with my reciept and tracking information.  I was told the delivery would be in 3-5 days.  This was free standard delivery to Houston, Tx.  The item arrived in 3 days.  I was very impressed.  Thanks Paul\'s TV!

They don't have much feedback, but the were quick about order/shipping confirmation, got everything to me quick, and gave me a great price to boot. Apparently they have a big brick and mortar store somewhere--you're not buying out of someone's basement or anything.

I received the blu ray dvd player the next day.this was best price i found.this has got to be one of the best sellers on the internet.i highly recommend this seller.i have over a 500 positive rating on ebay,and this seller is among the best i have ever dealt with.will tell everyone i know, about them,and hope to buy from them again.a+

I just wanted to tell you about the recent experience I had in purchasing a TV in Ann Arbor from Sung Lee. He is the finest and most knowledgeable person I have ever had to deal with. He spent time with me until I chose the TV I wanted with no pressure, but honest answers. I am most impressed by him as a person and a representative of Paul's TV ... if I was still working in the business world, I'd hire him away from you in an instant. He was thorough, answered all my questions, courteous, and even followed through to make sure everything was working properly. I can't say enough good things about him. (He is the type of person that Nordstrom's used to hire and built their company reputation on service!) I would not have an iota of hesitation to purchase another TV from him (which I'll be doing)nor any hesitation in recommending others to do the same.   Hi - Around 11/1/09 I decided to buy a big screen and initially went to Best Buy. At the same time I contacted Paul's TV and spoke with a man named Josh. The next day Josh followed up with a phone call, so I decided to go to the La Mirada store to talk with him. What a great decision! I ended up buying from Paul's and Josh was the reason. He is not only a great salesperson, but made me feel that he was truly interested in my decision making. With the help of Josh and Garland, I also purchased a DirecTV system. I will recommend Paul's TV to all my friends and will shop there again!

  I just wanted to leave a quick note about how pleased I am with my recent experience with buying a TV from your store in Irvine. I'll start by saying how refreshing it was to deal with a salesperson who actually knows about the product he is selling. Gary Podwell was very helpful in helping me choose the right TV for me. Although the unit I ended up going with wasn't in stock at the time, and was impossible to find at other stores, Gary assured me that it would be arriving in a few days.   I recently purchased 3 - 58" Samsung Plasma Televisions from Rich at your Avon, MA location. The experience was outstanding. As I did not have time to travel to the store, the entire process was handled over the telephone. Rich took the time to help find the televisions within my budget and let me know the key features of each one. The delivery was scheduled for the very next day, as Rich new of my time constraints. The televisions arrived first thing in the morning and I could not be happier. I wanted to congratulate your company on the excellent customer service I received. It is reassuring to know that there are retailers who still consider customer service a priority.

  I wanted to take the time to compliment your very professional and much appreciated sales employee at your Irvine location, Frank McGovern. My wife and I recently stopped in and worked with Frank in making our purchase, and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, a good listener and overall an excellant experience because of Frank's hard work, efforts and consideration during our purchase at Paul's.   I wanted to commend Mr. Michael Bastian from your West Los Angeles store. Micheal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various TV's and components. Besides being educational, he asked me pointed questions such as the lighting in my room, how far I sat from the set, and what angle do viewers position themselves. I know I received very personalized service. All this was done in a gracious, professional, low key manner. I purchased a 58" Samsung Plasma HDTV. It was delivered on time and installation went smoothly. I am a very satisified customer. I will be buying two more TV's in the next few months -- you can be sure it will be at Paul's TV in West LA and I will seek out Michael Bastian to guide me once more!

  I just purchased a TV from Paul's. While the service was exceptional, the only thing better was the delivery!! I've never had a better delivery.   I had the pleasure of making a television purchase from Sanders Woodall on Sunday, February 8, 2009. He was the first representative that I talked to when I called the store. He is very friendly, a good listener, patient, and intelligent. He explained to me the many features of the televisions. I was somewhat indecisive, but after talking with Sanders, I feel that I made the right decision on my purchase.   I cannot tell you how happy I am I bought from Paul's. I just purchased my new 52" HD LCD TV and it had some unexpected problems.Your service department (especially Nick) was incredibly helpful during the difficulty. They arranged for a panel replacement twice and just found it is justified to replace the TV. I am sure that if I had bought my TV anywhere else, this might have been impossible or at least not this pleasant. I will most definitely not buy a TV from anywhere else. I am so pleased with your service and I am telling everyone I know where I bought my new TV. This is as best of a recommendation as I can give. You will be treated like "the King" for sure

  I recently had a problem getting a replacement bulb for my TV. I called the warranty company and spoke to a representative who took all my information. I was informed my bulb would be shipped right away. After several days, I contacted the warranty company and was told the bulb had shipped via FedEx and was left at the front door. I informed her I did not receive it and was told I needed to contact FedEx as they were responsible. I contacted FedEx who said it had been delivered to a different address. I was quite upset to say the least. I drove to Paul's TV and spoke with Oscar. It was evening time and Oscar said he could not check on it, but that he would the following day. I gave him all the information I had gathered and left the store. The following day Oscar left me a voicemail saying to come by the store as he had a bulb for me! I would like your management to know just how much I appreciate Oscar's efforts in taking care of a problem that he had nothing to do with. He is definitely a customer oriented person who deserves some recognition and a great deal of praise!

  I want to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Paul's TV when I purchased a Mitsubishi 73835 DLP TV. Kramer, the salesman at the Van Nuys store, was extremely professional and helpful. He was extremely busy with other customers on the day I came to the store, but he made sure to let me know I would have his full attention in a few moments. This was such a pleasant experience for me, after having been treated rudely or completely ignored by sales representatives at other stores. I didn't mind being patient while another customer was being served, because Kramer was so courteous and made me feel like a valuable customer. Delivery was on time and extremely courteous. After a few days, I noticed a tiny black spot on the screen, probably caused by a stuck mirror. I called Kramer and he was again extremely helpful and accommodating. He told me who to speak with to make arrangements to have the set replaced. On the day the replacement was set to be delivered, the delivery was again on time, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service is so rare these days that I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I am completely satisfied with my purchase from Paul's TV and I would not hesitate to make future purchases from you in the future and I recommend your store to others without hesitation.   I have been in Sales and Service for approximately 50 years and am proud of every year of it. When I owned my own Swimming Pool company in Detroit, Michigan, what a problem it was to hire employees that really cared about being dependable and finishing the job to completion. Now, with regard to our TV experience. I can now say with joy in my voice that Paul's is the "King of Sales & Service!" What a pleasure it has been to make the acquaintence of Oscar and Rick.   I had spent several days shopping)for the best package (TV, Blu Ray, Speakers, & TV Stand) I could come up with for my father. And after all the research was done it came down to another store and Paul's. See when I went to the first store, the sales people were kind rude and unknowledgeable of there top product. When I had a question know one had an idea of what I was talking about. So I was going from one sales person to the other. This was frustrating. But the guy who helped me out at Paul's (Gary) really new his stuff and not once did he make it seem like I was bothering him with all my questions. I'm 34 years old and my dad is a retired War Viet who's not up to today's new industry of TV's. So even though I wasn't the one buying all the equipment Gary went out of his way to make sure my dad's experience was an easy one by working with me until everything was finalized. We ended up buy the Top of the Line 47" LG with Klipsch speakers, Panasonic Blu Ray, and a very nice table stand which we got an excellent price on as well. To top it all off the delivery guys were extremely nice and helpful to my dad before they moved on to the next customer. After this experience I have been bragging to all my family members about what a great place Paul's TV is. And of course to my close friends as well."
