Shipping Policy

At Paul’s, we know that once you purchase that new big screen television or any other product you want to start using it right away. This is why we do our best to ship or deliver the product as soon as possible. Online orders usually ship within 24 hours; but may on occasion take 1 – 2 business days (unless otherwise notated on the product page). Even though the order ships immediately, it may take 24 – 48 hours before tracking info is available with the carrier.

Products are either shipped via UPS or a freight carrier depending on the size of the purchase. After your product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email indicating the carrier for your product. If you purchase multiple products, these may be shipped on different days via different carriers and you will receive multiple emails. Delivery is usually within 3 – 5 days of when the order is shipped, but may take longer depending on your location.

Not only do we provide prompt shipping and delivery, it is usually at no or minimal cost to you. Most of our products online are free shipping, unless otherwise indicated.

For online purchases our standard shipping is “threshold” which means the delivery company will bring the product inside the first doorway of your house, apartment, or office. For an additional fee, you can purchase “white glove” delivery which includes delivery into your room of choice, un-packaging, and removal of packaging.

As you can imagine shipping a TV can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering televisions to ensure your product arrives safely. That being said, there are still very rare occasions when the television may be damaged during transit. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. Accepting delivery indicates there is no physical damage to the television. If the product is found defective for any reason other than shipping damage, we will be sure to take care of you. Once the product arrives, we ask that you:

INSPECT THE PRODUCT. If there is damage to the product, then refuse delivery and ask the driver to return
the product to us.

• If the packaging is not in perfect condition, then notate this upon signature so you are covered if damages are uncovered later. As long as you notate on the delivery report that there was packaging damage, then you will be covered if anything is wrong with the product. (Ask to keep a copy of the delivery report.)

• We highly advise that you keep the product packaging in case of a return.

International Shipping Policy

Return Policy

Within 30 days, you may return the product for any reason. The product must be in new / working condition. Paul's TV is not responsible for damages caused by the customer. A 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply. You must have original packaging or additional charges may apply. On bundled purchases in which there is a set price for multiple items, if you choose to return one item in the bundle, the remaining items will be charged at their individual retail price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation (before shipping) – You may cancel the order for any reason before the product has shipped without any cancellation fees. (Note products usually ship within 24 hours. A product is determined as shipped once it leaves our warehouse. This may happen before you receive a ship confirmation email.)

Cancellation (after shipping) – You may cancel the order for any reason after the product has shipped. A 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, Paul's TV will waive all restocking fees on exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. Return shipping charges on the original purchase will apply.

Price Protection Policy

At Paul's TV we truly believe we offer the lowest prices in the industry. Thus, we offer our consumers a 30-day Price Protection Guarantee. We will match any competitor's price upon purchase and up to 30-days after purchase.
The following conditions apply:

• Price matches must be like for like with the same model number, product condition, shipping charges, bundled items, and any other fees or terms and conditions associated with the purchase from the competitor.

• The item must be in-stock for at least 24 hours from the time first reported to Paul's TV and sold from a manufacturer's authorized retailer. The competitor's price must be verifiable in a current advertisement or on an authorized dealer's website. Items sold on third party websites by unauthorized dealers do not qualify.

• We only match purchases made directly on our website. Purchases made through other channels that are fulfilled by Paul's TV do not apply to the price protection policy.

• For in-store purchases, price matches must also include the same Royal Treatment (free delivery, set-up, and removal of old TV).

Terms & Conditions

• Paul's TV reserves the right to not accept a return if not in the original packaging.

• Applicable fees will be charged on a return if there are missing items (remotes, manual, etc.)

• Prices, services, and financing are applicable to change without notice.

• Paul's TV reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason.

Privacy Policy

We take the protection and proper use of your personal information very seriously. We will not distribute or use your personal information for any other purposes than managing your order and relationship with Paul's TV. Your information will not be distributed to any outside company unless needed to complete your order (i.e. shipping company) or send you marketing material on behalf of Paul's TV.
