Shipping Policy

At Paul's, we know that once you purchase that new big screen television or any other product you want to start using it right away. This is why we do our best to ship or deliver the product as soon as possible. Online orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise notated on the product page). Even though orders ship immediately, it may take 24 – 48 hours before tracking info is available with the carrier.

Products are either shipped via UPS or a freight carrier depending on product(s)/order size. After your product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email indicating the carrier for your product. If you purchase multiple products, they may be shipped on different days via different carriers and you will receive multiple emails. Delivery is usually within 2 – 10 business days of when the order is shipped, but may take longer, depending on your location (weather permitting).

Shipping Times

At Paul's TV our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We have 5 DC's nationally to serve you plus over 95% of our orders will ship within one business day! Providing your credit card and shipping information match and clear our fraud prevention check and the item is in stock

Smaller items such as LED/LCD TV's under 50", receivers, headphones, sound bars, accessories, etc., ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx and should arrive within 2 to 7 business days from the ship date depending on delivery zip code and warehouse of origin.

For oversized items such as TV's, furniture and large speakers, transit times are between 2 to 10 business days from the ship date depending on delivery zip code and warehouse of origin. For deliveries to remote or outer lying areas, transit times can be between 10 to 15 business days since our carriers do not deliver to these areas frequently. Some orders may require multiple shipments in not all of the product(s) you order are in stock at the nearest DC(s).

Note: Adult signature required for all TV deliveries.

If you intend to have an item shipped to an address other than your billing address, please register the shipping address with your financial institution prior to placing an order. This will prevent shipment delays. It is a precautionary measure we have in place in order to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity.

Not only do we provide prompt shipping and delivery, most of our products online have free shipping, unless otherwise indicated.

For online purchases of any size plasma, any size DLP, and LED TV's with a screen size 55" and larger, we are proud to provide you with "white glove" delivery to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), free of charge. Free delivery excludes delivery to areas such as islands requiring ferry access, or isolated areas which may require additional time or resources to deliver, depending upon zip code. While white glove delivery is offered at no charge to you, please be advised that once you have confirmed your delivery window, there will be a $60 charge for each re-delivery attempt for reasons related to unavailability of an adult recipient or delivery site or any reasons outside of our delivery promise.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Our white glove service (also called Silver Plus) includes the following services:

  • Free deliveries are scheduled for Monday thru Friday only. No weekend or holiday deliveries.
  • Delivery of product up two flights of stairs inside the home or office (each flight is a maximum ten steps)
  • Placement into the room of your choice. Delivery to high rises require prior arrangement and additional charges.
  • Unpacking the product with no box or debris removal. We strongly recommend that you keep the box and packing for up to 30 days. Returns without the original box and packing will result in additional packing fees.
  • Plug in TV's and power on to ensure the TV is undamaged. If there is any physical damage to the product, do not sign and refuse the shipment. Please note: Assembly of stands or pedestals are not included. Please contact us prior to your shipment if special services are desired at a additional fee.

Please note: White glove delivery can only be made to the room of choice, provided it can be done safely and without the risk of injury to anyone or damage to any property, at the sole discretion of the delivery personnel.

Free white glove delivery excludes delivery to isolated areas requiring ferry access, special transportation, or special security clearance. Special arrangements may be made prior to shipment and additional fees will be required.

As you can imagine shipping a TV can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering televisions to ensure your product arrives safely. That being said, there are still very rare occasions when the television may be damaged during transit. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. Accepting delivery indicates there is no physical damage to the television. If the product is found defective for any reason other than shipping damage, we will be sure to take care of you. Once the product arrives, we ask that you:

  • INSPECT THE PRODUCT. If there is damage to the product, then refuse delivery and ask the driver to return the product to us.
  • We highly advise that you keep the product packaging for 30 days in case of a return or exchange.
  • If you are unsure what to do, feel free to call us at 888-PAULS123 while the delivery driver is there.
  • Free same day delivery offer applies to all in-stock TVs $699 or more purchased by 1pm and within a 20 mile radius. Delivery charges apply to all demo, closeout and open box items. Free Delivery does not apply on Special Purchase, Clearance and Closeout items limited to stock on hand and cannot be combined with other promotions or finance offers.

Store Home Delivery:

  • Free same day delivery offer applies to all in-stock TVs $699 or more purchased by 1pm and within a 20 mile radius. Delivery charges apply to all demo, closeout and open box items. Free Delivery does not apply on Special Purchase, Clearance and Closeout Items limited to stock on hand and cannot be combined with other promotions or finance offers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Paul's TV stores and Paulstv.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase, under the following terms and conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition and free of any physical damage or abuse.
  • Up to 15% in restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will apply.
  • All return products must be repacked in the original box and packing, in like new condition, with UPC intact and include all accessories, manuals, and unfilled warranty cards.
  • All packaged or bundled purchases, in which there is a set price for multiple items, must be returned in their entirety. Any unreturned bundled items will be charged their individual retail price.
  • The serial number on the product must match the serial number on the box and must be the same serial number we shipped.
  • Refunds will be issued after all returned items have physically reached Paul's TV and verified to be complete AND free from physical damage or abuse.
  • In case of defective product, the local authorized service center should be contacted and allowed to service the product.
  • If you chose expedited shipping or White Glove delivery when purchasing online or installation and/or set up when purchasing in store, those additional fees will not be refunded once the service is performed.
  • Items bundled with Restaurant.com or any other Gift certificate/Gift card cannot be returned if the envelope containing the Gift Certificate is opened. Gift Certificates of any kind cannot be returned.

  • Due to health concerns, opened headphones and small appliances are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation (before shipping): You may cancel the order for any reason before the product has shipped, without incurring any cancellation fees. (Note products usually ship within 24 hours. A product is determined as shipped once it leaves our warehouse. This may happen before you receive a ship confirmation email.)

Cancellation (after shipping): Items purchased from Paul's TV are eligible for cancellation after shipping under the following terms and conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition and free of any physical damage or abuse.
  • Up to 15% in restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will apply.

Price Protection Policy

At Paul's TV we truly believe we offer the lowest prices in the industry. Thus, we offer our consumers a 30-day Price Protection Guarantee. We will match any legit authorized competitor's price upon purchase and up to 30-days after purchase.
The following conditions apply:

  • Price matches must be like for like with the same model number, product condition, shipping charges, bundled items, taxes and any other fees or terms and conditions associated with the purchase from the competitor. Price Match policy excludes special prices offered the week of Black Friday thru Cyber Monday (November 18th thru November 26th 2012).
  • The item[s] must be in-stock for at least 24 hours from the time first reported to Paulstv.com and sold from a manufacturer's authorized retailer's direct website. The authorized competitor's price must be available to the general public and verifiable including all shipping charges, bundle items and must show as in stock and available for purchase on the competitors' website and from Paulstv.com. Price Match/Price Guarantee policy does not apply to: small appliances, unadvertised "in store" specials, special financing, pricing errors, non vendor funded mail-in offers, service prices, membership required for purchase prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, open-box/demo, clearance, refurbished and special-hour sale events.
  • When purchasing a bundle or package deal we only price match the complete bundle or package. We do not price match the individual items within the bundle or package because the other items have been discounted based on the individual selling prices of all of the items in the bundle or package to get the final price.
  • We only match purchases made directly on our website. Price Match / Guarantee policy excludes pricing from any third party seller sites such as Amazon.com, Nextag.com, Buy.com, or eBay.com
  • Since we have stores in CA, CO, MI, MA, RI and VA, sales in those states are subject to state sales tax.
  • Due to manufactures restrictions, this policy excludes Samsung, Sharp, Bose and Sonos Universally Priced Products [UPP] unless the lower price is part of a Samsung national promotion.
  • Price Protection policy excludes special prices offered the week of Black Friday thru Cyber Monday (November 18th thru November 26th 2012).

Warranty Service

Manufactures Warranty Service: If you need service on an item purchased thru Paul's TV stores or pualstv.com that is under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased. Extended Service Plan Service: If you need service on an item purchased thru Paul's TV stores or paulstv.com that is under an Extended Service Plan that you purchased through us, please contact our Extended Service Plan vendor Warrantech at 800-342-5349. They will work directly with you to service your product under the guidelines of the service plan you purchased.

Terms & Conditions

  • Paul's TV reserves the right to not accept a return if the product arrives damaged due to missing original or inadequate packaging.
  • Applicable fees will be charged on a return if there are missing items or accessories (remotes, manual, pedestal, etc.)
  • Prices, services, and financing are subject to change without notice.
  • Paul's TV reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason.

Privacy Policy

We take the protection and proper use of your personal information very seriously. We will not distribute or use your personal information for any other purposes than managing your order and relationship with Paul's TV. Your information will not be distributed to any outside company unless needed to complete your order (i.e. shipping company) or send you marketing material on behalf of Paul's TV.
