At Paul's TV, we know that once you purchase that new HDTV, appliance, or any other product, you want to start using it right away. This is why we do our best to ship and deliver your product as soon as possible. Most online orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted). Even though orders ship immediately, it may take an additional 24-48 hours before tracking information is available from the carrier.
Smaller items such as LED/LCD TVs 50" and under, most audio products, TV stands, smaller appliances, and accessories ship via either USPS or UPS. See below for information regarding the shipment of large appliances, Plasma TVs, LED TVs 55" and up, fitness products, and heavy furniture.
We offer Free Shipping on almost everything. Free White Glove Delivery is also available on many televisions and fitness equipment. Please refer to individual products to see if either of these services are offered.
Oversized items such as TVs (larger than 55") and heavy furniture are "Threshold Plus" deliveries, which means the item is delivered to the first dry area such as a street level front door, garage or apartment building lobby. Threshold Plus deliveries are not brought into the house or brought up any stairs. If you would like an upgraded service, see below.

We offer two types of appliance delivery services: Local and Curbside. See below for a description of each.
Free Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery is available within 20 miles of our stores in our appliance markets on new appliances $499 and up. Product must be in stock in our local distribution center at the time of purchase. These deliveries can be done usually within 1-2 days of your order. Free delivery outside of local store delivery areas is available on new Samsung appliances $699 and up. GE Appliances are only available in CA and MA local delivery areas and are delivered directly by GE so the delivery time may vary depending on zip code and availability. Appliance(s) are unloaded from the truck and dropped off at the curb of the house or apartment building. You will be required to move it inside yourself. The appliance(s) will not be moved up or down stairs/steps. This type of delivery is used for items sold by Paul's TV on third party websites such as Amazon.com. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.
HDTV Shipping times are usually 2-6 business days from the date the order shipped. Remote or isolated areas may take longer. Appliance shipping times are stated above.

All Free Shipping/Deliveries exclude deliveries to areas such as islands requiring ferry access or isolated areas which may require additional time or resources to deliver. If you live in one of these areas, we will contact you prior to delivery to make arrangements for an additional fee.
While Standard Shipping or White Glove Delivery may be offered at no charge, please be advised that once you have confirmed your delivery window, there will be a $60 charge for each re-delivery attempt for reasons related to unavailability of an adult recipient or delivery site or any reasons outside of our delivery promise.
Appliance deliveries are scheduled for Monday thru Friday only. No weekend or holiday deliveries.
Some orders may require multiple shipments if not all of the product(s) you ordered are in stock at the same DC.

If you intend to have an item shipped to an address other than your billing address, to prevent shipping delays, please register the shipping address with your financial institution prior to placing an order. This is a precautionary measure we have in place in order to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent credit card activity.
As you can imagine, shipping a TV or appliance can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering oversized items to ensure your product arrives safely. However, there are still very rare occasions when the television or appliance may be damaged during transit. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. Accepting delivery indicates there is no physical damage. If the product is found defective for any reason other than shipping damage, the repair will be covered per the manufacturer's warranty. Items purchased from either a Paul's TV store or our website (www.paulstv.com) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of date of purchase, under the following terms and conditions:

After your order is placed, it will be immediately processed and will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Even though orders are processed immediately, it may take an additional 24-48 hours before tracking information is sent to you or is available from the carrier. Once an order is placed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations or changes to the order.
After you receive your equipment, please contact ProForm directly by calling (877) 786-5298 with any questions or concerns. ProForm Customer Care will assist with all questions or, in the unlikely event service is required, will schedule a technician to do the repair in your home.
All returns must be approved and coordinated by ProForm. Return authorizations can be obtained by calling (801) 612-7020 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any return authorizations requested for a reason other than "defective product" will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the return freight. Any returned product claimed defective that is found to be non-defective upon return inspection will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the return freight. Returned credit will not be given until the returned product has been received by ProForm or ProForm receives notification of pickup from the freight carrier.
A freight claim will be filed for all products refused at delivery because of damage. If the product is received at ProForm undamaged, the customer will be charged for the return freight, plus a 25% restocking fee and no freight claim will be filed.
Cancellation (before shipping): You may cancel the order for any reason before the product has shipped, without incurring any cancellation fees. (Note products usually ship within 24 hours. A product is determined as shipped once it leaves our warehouse. This may happen before you receive a ship confirmation email.)
Cancellation (after shipping): Items purchased from Paul's TV are eligible for cancellation after shipping under the following terms and conditions:
