COMPANY POLICIES


Shipping Policy

At Paul's TV, we know that once you purchase that new HDTV, appliance, or any other product, you want to start using it right away. This is why we do our best to ship and deliver your product as soon as possible. Most online orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted). Even though orders ship immediately, it may take an additional 24-48 hours before tracking information is available from the carrier.

Smaller items such as LED/LCD TVs 50" and under, most audio products, TV stands, smaller appliances, and accessories ship via either USPS or UPS. See below for information regarding the shipment of large appliances, Plasma TVs, LED TVs 55" and up, and heavy furniture.

We offer Free Shipping on almost everything. Free White Glove Delivery is also available on many televisions. Refer to individual products to see if either of these services are offered.

HDTV Delivery

Oversized items such as Plasma TVs, LED TVs 55" and up, and heavy furniture are "Threshold Plus" deliveries, which means the item is delivered to the first dry area, i.e. a street level front door, garage or apartment building lobby. It is not brought into the house nor brought up any stairs. If you would like an upgraded service, see below.

White Glove Delivery
Our White Glove Delivery service includes the following:

  • Delivery of product up two flights of stairs inside the home or office (each flight is a maximum of ten steps).
  • Placement into the room of your choice. Delivery to high rises requires prior arrangement and additional charges.
  • The delivery team will unbox the TV for you to inspect, plug in, and power on to ensure the TV screen is undamaged. If there is any physical damage to the product, do not sign and refuse the shipment. The delivery team will not assemble stands or place TV on stand. No assembly is provided at delivery.
  • The driver does not remove the box or debris. We strongly recommend that you keep the box and packing for up to 30 days. Returns without the original box and packing will result in additional packing fees.

Please note: Assembly of stands or pedestals is not included. White Glove Delivery can only be made to the room of choice, provided it can be done safely and without the risk of injury to anyone or damage to any property, at the sole discretion of the delivery personnel. Please contact us prior to your shipment if special services are desired at an additional fee.

Large Appliance Delivery

We offer two types of appliance delivery services: Local and Curbside. See below for a description of each.

Free Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery is available within 20 miles of our stores in our appliance markets on new appliances $499 and up. Product must be in stock in our local distribution center at the time of purchase. These deliveries can be done usually within 1-2 days of your order. Free delivery outside of local store delivery areas is available on new Samsung appliances $699 and up. GE Appliances are only available in CA, CO, or MA local delivery areas and are delivered directly by GE so the delivery time may vary depending on zip code and availability. Mileage limits apply for free local delivery. Call 888-728-5712 for more information and availability.

Curbside Delivery
Appliance(s) are unloaded from the truck and dropped off at the curb of the house or apartment building. You will be required to move it inside yourself. No stairs. This type of delivery is used for items sold by Paul's TV on third party websites such as Amazon.com. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.


Shipping Details

HDTV Shipping times are usually 2-6 business days from the date the order shipped unless you are in a remote or isolated area, which will take longer. Appliance shipping times are stated above.

Free Shipping and Free White Glove Delivery are available in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For Alaska and Hawaii deliveries, please call 888-728-5712 for a price quote.

All Free Shipping/Deliveries exclude deliveries to areas such as islands requiring ferry access or isolated areas which may require additional time or resources to deliver. Click here for zip code list of isolated areas requiring ferry access and additional delivery fees. If you live in one of these areas, we will contact you prior to delivery to make arrangements for an additional fee.

While Standard Shipping or White Glove Delivery may be offered at no charge, please be advised that once you have confirmed your delivery window, there will be a $60 charge for each re-delivery attempt for reasons related to unavailability of an adult recipient or delivery site or any reasons outside of our delivery promise.

Appliance deliveries are scheduled for Monday thru Friday only. No weekend or holiday deliveries.

Some orders may require multiple shipments if not all of the product(s) you ordered are in stock at the same DC.

Adult signature required for all Oversize and Appliance deliveries.

If you intend to have an item shipped to an address other than your billing address, please register the shipping address with your financial institution prior to placing an order. This will prevent shipment delays. It is a precautionary measure we have in place in order to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent credit card activity.

As you can imagine, shipping a TV or appliance can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering oversized items to ensure your product arrives safely. That being said, there are still very rare occasions when the television or appliance may be damaged during transit. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES. Accepting delivery indicates there is no physical damage. If the product is found defective for any reason other than shipping damage, we will be sure to take care of you under the manufacturer's warranty. Once the product arrives, we ask that you:

  • INSPECT THE PRODUCT. If there is damage to the product, then refuse delivery and ask the driver to return the product to us.
  • On HDTVs, we highly advise that you keep the product packaging for 30 days in case of a return or exchange.
  • If you are unsure what to do, feel free to call us at 888-728-5712 while the delivery driver is there.

Store Home Delivery

  • Free same day delivery offer applies to all in-stock TVs $699 or more purchased by 12pm and within a 20 mile radius. Delivery charges apply to all demo, closeout and open box items. Free Delivery does not apply on Special Purchase, Clearance and Closeout Items limited to stock on hand and cannot be combined with other promotions or finance offers.


Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Paul's TV stores and paulstv.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase, under the following terms and conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition and free of any physical damage or abuse.
  • Up to 15% in restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will apply.
  • All return products must be repacked in the original box and packing, in like-new condition, with UPC intact and include all accessories, manuals, and unfilled warranty cards. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
  • All packaged or bundled purchases, in which there is a set price for multiple items, must be returned in their entirety. Any unreturned bundled items will be charged their individual retail price.
  • The serial number on the product must match the serial number on the box and must be the same serial number we sold or delivered.
  • Refunds will be issued after all returned items have physically reached Paul's TV and verified to be complete AND free from physical damage or abuse.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Purchases made by check or cash will be refunded by a check sent from our corporate office.
  • Standard Paul's TV policies do not apply to purchases paid for by YBUY Financing.
  • Appliances cannot be returned or exchanged after they've been installed or used.
  • In case of defective product, the local authorized service center should be contacted and allowed to service the product.
  • If you chose expedited shipping or White Glove delivery when purchasing online or installation and/or set up when purchasing in store, those additional fees will not be refunded once the service is performed.
  • Items bundled with Restaurant.com or any other Gift certificate/Gift card cannot be returned if the envelope containing the Gift Certificate is opened. Gift Certificates of any kind cannot be returned.
  • Restaurant.com Gift certificates have no cash value and are subject to terms and conditions set forth by Restaurant.com. To see redemption details go to http://restaurant-com.custhelp.com/app/home
  • Due to health concerns, opened headphones and small appliances are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Paul's TV reserves the right to not accept a return if the product arrives damaged due to missing original or inadequate packaging.
  • Applicable fees will be charged on a return if there are missing items or accessories (remotes, manual, pedestal, etc.)


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation (before shipping): You may cancel the order for any reason before the product has shipped, without incurring any cancellation fees. (Note products usually ship within 24 hours. A product is determined as shipped once it leaves our warehouse. This may happen before you receive a ship confirmation email.)

Cancellation (after shipping): Items purchased from Paul's TV are eligible for cancellation after shipping under the following terms and conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition and free of any physical damage or abuse.
  • Up to 15% in restocking fees and applicable shipping charges will apply.

Price Protection Policy*

At Paul's TV we truly believe we offer the lowest prices in the industry. Thus, we offer our consumers a 30-day Price Protection Guarantee. We will match any legit authorized competitor's price upon purchase and up to 30-days after purchase.
The following conditions apply:

  • Price matches must be like for like with the same model number, product condition, shipping charges, bundled items, taxes and any other fees or terms and conditions associated with the purchase from the competitor.
  • The item[s] must be in-stock for at least 24 hours from the time first reported to Paulstv.com and sold from a manufacturer's authorized retailer's direct website. The authorized competitor's price must be available to the general public and verifiable including all shipping charges, bundle items and must show as in stock and available for purchase on the competitors' website and from Paulstv.com. Price Match/Price Guarantee policy does not apply to: small appliances, unadvertised "in store" specials, special financing, pricing errors, non vendor funded mail-in offers, service prices, membership required for purchase prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, open-box/demo, clearance, refurbished and special-hour sale events.
  • When purchasing a bundle or package deal we only price match the complete bundle or package. We do not price match the individual items within the bundle or package because the other items have been discounted based on the individual selling prices of all of the items in the bundle or package to get the final price.
  • We only match purchases made directly on our website. Price Match / Guarantee policy excludes pricing from any third party seller sites such as Amazon.com, Nextag.com, Buy.com, or eBay.com
  • Since we have stores in CA, CO, MI, OH, and MA, sales in those states are subject to state sales tax.
  • Due to manufactures restrictions, this policy excludes Samsung, Sharp, LG, Toshiba, Bose and Sonos Universally Priced Products [UPP].

Price Match Plus*

On products with the "Price Match Plus" button, paulstv.com will match any legitimate online dealer's price PLUS we will give you a Free $100 Resturant.com Gift Certificate in addition to your price match as a thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business!

  • This policy applies to price match requests made PRIOR to purchase on paulstv.com. This offer is not available on previous purchases or available in Paul's TV stores.
  • Legitimate dealers are determined solely by paulstv.com. To be considered for a price match, the website must have been established for longer than 6 months, have verifiable positive reviews and/or ratings, and show their final price at checkout.
  • The site must have the product in stock, allow you to "checkout" on their site with any major credit card and no restrictions such as "Wire transfer, check or PayPal only."
  • The price we match is "apples for apples" and includes the selling price of the product[s], all shipping, handling, shipping insurance, and any other charges the competitor's website requires you to pay in order to make the purchase from them.
  • On websites that charge shipping insurance after you buy, we will include those charges in the price match.
  • On TVs that Paul's TV offers Free White Glove delivery, we will add their cost for White Glove delivery or $50 to the price match price, whichever is lower.
  • Some dealers offer very slow delivery for free, such as 15 to 21 business days [which is 3 to 4 weeks] and charge $100 or more for expedited 7 to 10 business day delivery. Since a vast majority of our deliveries are completed in 10 business days or less from the ship date, we will include their similar time frame delivery charges in the price match.
  • If Paul's TV is offering a bundle and the competitor is not, the bundle item[s] will be excluded from the price match - we will only match item for item.
  • In CA, CO, MI, OH, and MA where Paul's TV is required by law to charge sales tax, we will add the sales tax to the final selling price.
  • Due to manufactures restrictions, this policy excludes Samsung, Sharp, LG, Toshiba, Bose and Sonos Universally Priced Products [UPP].

*Price Match Plus/ Price Protection Policies do not apply to: "in-store only" or "local delivery only" specials, special financing, credit card discounts, pricing errors, non vendor funded mail-in offers, service prices, rewards programs, wire transfer discounts, membership required for purchase prices, employee purchase programs, items that are advertised with any limits such as limited-quantity, limit one per person or household, while supplies last, limit X per store, open-box/demo, clearance, refurbished, special-hour or day sale events.


Warranty Service

Manufacturer Warranty Service: If you need service on an item purchased through Paul's TV stores or paulstv.com that is under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased. They will work directly with you to try to service your product under their warranty guidelines. Click here for a list of manufacturers' contact information.

Extended Service Plan Service: If you need service on an item purchased through Paul's TV stores or paulstv.com that is under an Extended Service Plan that you purchased through us, please contact our Extended Service Plan vendor Banker's Warranty Group at 888-329-8742. They will work directly with you to service your product under the guidelines of the service plan you purchased.
