Free basic delivery offer applies to all in-stock TVs $699 or more within a 20 mile radius. Delivery charges apply to all demo, closeout and open box items. Free Delivery does not apply on Special Purchase, Clearance and Closeout Items limited to stock on hand, and cannot be combined with other promotions or finance offers.
TV & Furniture Delivery
Our Basic Delivery service includes the following:
- Placement into the room of your choice. Please Note: Delivery to high rise buildings require prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.
- The delivery team will unbox the TV for you to inspect, plug in, and power on to ensure the TV screen is undamaged. If there is any physical damage to the product, do not sign for the product and refuse the shipment. The delivery team will not assemble stands or place the TV on a stand. No assembly is provided at delivery.
- The driver does not remove the box or debris. We strongly recommend that you keep the box and packing for up to 30 days. Returns without the original box and packing will result in additional packing fees.
Please note: Assembly of stands or pedestals is not included. Basic Delivery can only be made to the room of choice, provided it can be done safely and without the risk of injury to anyone or damage to any property, at the sole discretion of the delivery personnel. Please contact us prior to your shipment if special services are required, additional fees may apply.
Oversized items such as TVs (larger than 55") and heavy items are "Threshold Plus" deliveries, which means the item is delivered to the first dry area such as a street level front door, garage or apartment building lobby. Threshold Plus deliveries are not brought into the house or brought up any stairs. If you would like an upgraded service, please contact your local store.
Large Appliance Delivery
Free Local Delivery
Free Local Delivery is available within 20 miles of our stores in our appliance markets on new appliances $499 and up. Product must be in stock in our local distribution center at the time of purchase. These deliveries can be done usually within 1-2 days of your order. Free delivery outside of local store delivery areas is available on new Samsung appliances $699 and up. GE Appliances are only available in CA and MA local delivery areas and are delivered directly by GE so the delivery time may vary depending on zip code and availability. Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased from either a Paul's TV store or our website (www.paulstv.com) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of date of purchase, under the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in new condition and free of any physical damage or abuse. Appliances must be unopened and cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been installed or used.
- Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% in restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
- Sales are final for "Open Box / Floor Model" items once accepted at the point of delivery.
- All return products must be repacked in the original box and packing, in like-new condition, with UPC intact and include all accessories, manuals, and unfilled warranty cards. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- All packaged or bundled purchases, in which there is a set price for multiple items, must be returned in their entirety. Any unreturned bundled items will be charged their individual retail price.
- The serial number on the product must match the serial number on the box and must be the same serial number we sold or delivered.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item has been opened. If the item was delivered, a minimum return delivery fee of $99.99 will be applied.
- No refunds will be issued on labor or delivery charges once the work has been performed.
- Refunds will be issued after all returned items have physically reached Paul's TV and verified to be complete AND free from physical damage or abuse.
- Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Purchases made by check or cash will be refunded by a check sent from our corporate office.
- Standard Paul's TV policies do not apply to purchases paid for by YBUY Financing.
- Special Order Items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A 25% cancellation fee will apply to Appliances and Special Orders that are cancelled or refused upon delivery.
- In case of defective product, the local authorized service center should be contacted and allowed to service the product.
- Items bundled with Restaurant.com or any other Gift certificate/Gift card cannot be returned if the envelope containing the Gift Certificate is opened. Gift Certificates of any kind cannot be returned.

- Due to health concerns, opened headphones and small appliances are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Paul's TV reserves the right to not accept a return if the product arrives damaged due to missing original or inadequate packaging.
Cancellation (before shipping): You may cancel the order for any reason before the product has shipped, without incurring any cancellation fees. (Note products usually ship within 24 hours. A product is determined as shipped once it leaves our warehouse. This may happen before you receive a ship confirmation email.)
Price Protection Policy*
At Paul's TV we truly believe we offer the lowest prices in the industry. We will match any verifiable authorized competitor's price at the point of sale for all items excluding special orders, fitness equipment, and in-store specials.
The following conditions apply:
- Paul's TV will match any verifiable price at the time of sale for all items excluding Special Orders and In-Store Specials.
- Items must be the exact model number, factory sealed, and in-stock from an authorized retailer who offers the same services (i.e. Free Delivery, Finance Terms, Bundled Items, etc.).
- The item[s] must be in-stock for at least 24 hours from the time first reported to Paul's TV and sold from an authorized retailer's direct website. The authorized competitor's price must be available to the general public and verifiable including all shipping charges, bundle items and must show as in stock and available for purchase on the competitors' website and from Paul's TV. The Price Match/Price Guarantee policy does not apply to: special orders, small appliances, unadvertised "in store" specials, special financing, pricing errors, non-vendor funded mail-in offers, service prices, membership required for purchase prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, open-box/demo, clearance, refurbished and special-hour sale events.
- When purchasing a bundle or package deal we only price match the complete bundle or package. We do not price match the individual items within the bundle or package because the other items have been discounted based on the individual selling prices of all of the items in the bundle or package to get the final price.
- Price Match / Guarantee policy excludes pricing from any third party seller sites such as Amazon.com, Nextag.com, Buy.com, or eBay.com
- Because we have stores in CA and MA, sales in those states are subject to state sales tax.
- Due to manufactures restrictions, this policy excludes Samsung, Sharp, LG, Toshiba, Bose and Sonos Universally Priced Products [UPP].

Manufacturer Warranty Service: If you need service on an item purchased through Paul's TV stores or paulstv.com that is under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased. Extended Service Plan Service: If you need service on an item purchased through Paul's TV stores or paulstv.com that is under an Extended Service Plan that you purchased through us, please contact our Extended Service Plan vendor Banker's Warranty Group at 888-329-8742.
