I recently purchased a brand new television from Chuck Brown at Paul's. He was very helpful to us and knowledgeable. He also helped get this new model delivered quickly and efficiently. I would like to compliment him and Paul's TV. Sometimes when things go wrong you can best tell the quality of an organization. We had a problem with the original TV we initially purchased. Not the fault of Paul's, I might add. They handled the return without any problem whatsoever and did everything they could to assist us with obtaining a new set. Their prices were excellent. We are very happy with themor providing the WOW!

I just bought furniture for a second time in three years at your Natick store. Very pleasant experience both times, fast, efficient and straight forward. Our tv broke so we went to several Paul's Tvs, we ended up going to Paul's TV in Dana Point, WOW the service was wonderful. No hussel, not pushy, it was a pleasure being at the store. Since our experience was great, we went back next day to purchase another tv. Mousa was so easy to deal with and James was so knowledgeable if you have questions. Israel was so helpful over the phone. If we need tv or appliances, we know where to go!

George Kimberlin is about service not your typical saleshead. More like one of my friendly neighbors. I was referred by a friend who also gave him a great rating. I did not know that Pauls TV also sold appliances (washers-dryers, refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves, etc.). We got a very good deal, friendly and courteous service, even my wife liked George and she hates having to deal with salespeople. I am in sales, trained lot's of salespeople, and my philosophy is find out how you can help. Help the customer and you make a friend and a returning customer somewhere down the road. Think long range. I highly recommend you check this out before going to Sears or Best Buy.

Ok so Nick and Frank just left. Quick summary: I took good notes so I think I can operate the various devices successfully. Worked a Seinfeld VCR tape and even played an old Jim Croce record on the turntable which was a real trip. Mostly writing this though for two reasons: First to say that Nick and Frank were knowledgeable, professional and courteous (as well as patient which is especially for me who is a bit of a dummy when it comes to these things). Then secondly to say thanks again for the consideration on waiving the service visit charge. I’ll come and see you when I’m ready for the next step with either a single remote or for new speakers.

Thanks for following up. The delivery and installation went very smoothly. Two big guys removed the big old television with very little fanfare, but seemed reluctant to hook up the Toshiba to my existing stereo. Once they left, I connected the 2 wires in a matter of seconds and had high-quality stereo sound for both the TV and the BlueRay player. We were also able to configure the FiOS remote to control the Toshiba without too much trouble. Speaking of remotes, thanks for giving us the "old school" BlueRay remote. I drew a blank when trying to use the "touchpad" version, and was happy to retire it. We're very happy with our second purchase from Paul's TV and will gladly recommend it.

I am giving my experience with Paul's TV five stars, and I did not notice any non-attentive staff. The employee showed me the washing machine I was interested in with passion and knowledgeable experience (he owns the same brand, similar model). They did not have any in stock and were concerned as to whether they could get the machine delivered for Sunday. But sure enough they located one, informed me that delivery would occur on time, and it was delivered Sunday at 9:30 am, well within the 9-12 window. Taking away the old machine was not on the paper work, but no problems, they simply took it without any complaints. Above all else, there was absolutely no way I could have bought this machine brand new for anything less - the lowest price anywhere else (on line included) was $55 more. I'd say this is about as good as it gets! And to top that - I love the machine as much as Consumer Reports!

I called on the phone and talk with Mike Bracci. He took time to talk with about the TV I called about (Panasonic VT60) Mike was very helpful and even stayed on the phone with me passed closing time to me that is great customer service. I went to the store the next day and met with Mike after going over the store polices and service I felt extremely comfortable buying the TV . The entire process was superb. There was a delivery delay from the original schedule, but upon completion it was obvious that shipment was held at Boston Logan because of the coincident Marathon Bombing Incident. The delivery notice was provided to my secondary telephone contact (cellular) that suffers from minimal signal at my home, thus I was unable to gain more than a few moments of advance notice before my doorbell rang with the scheduled delivery. This was the ONLY departure from a perfect purchase experience. The new television is now installed and I am learning its many features and advances.

After much research and waiting for prices to drop, I finally purchased a new Panasonic TC-P65VT50 Plasma TV from Paul's via telephone. I spoke with David, who was polite, professional and knowledgeable of the product. This was my first "online" purchase of something of this size/price so I was somewhat skeptical of the timeline, but when the TV showed up undamaged and on schedule, any doubts were immediately lifted. My experience with Paul's TV was outstanding. From presale, in terms of their pricing and suggestions, to their delivery service, and finally post sale. I watched the pricing on the particular model I purchased, Panasonic TCP50ST50, for months to ensure getting the best deal. Amazon was a close second but Paul's beat their pricing and I felt much more comfortable buying a TV from a specialty store vs. an online store that sells products across every category. From the first moment that Omar, their salesman answered my call, intuitively knew that everything was going to be all right. This friendly, down to earth and not - just tell me what ya want and let me get to the next person - young man, immediately conveyed an interest in what MY needs were and how he could meet them. Meet them he did. Because of the bad treatment of many retailers - online or not - it was difficult to allow myself to believe what the door was, that was being opened to me. Called numerous times and all the salesmen were so friendly and did not hurry me and without a doubt while Abt Electronics has been the sole source of my electronic needs, Pauls TV is right up there and have - to this day - known they were competing, but tried to do their best to match or better. Tonight, accidentally talked to Darren, a manager, and we discussed a sound bar which would compliment the Panasonic Plasma HDTV they sold me. Without a doubt, have been blessed with what the manager called me tonight - part of the PaulsTV family.

Great experience with Paul's TV and specifically e-commerce consultant Mr. David Pelayo! I bought a Samsung UN55ES8000 LED 3D HDTV and couldn't be happier. Paul's TV had the best pricing that included free white glove delivery and even mail in offer that included gift cards totaling $250. David answered all of my questions on a Sunday afternoon and took my order. TV shipped quickly. If I had to pick one item that could improve, it would be the time it takes to ship from local hub (Atlanta). They had the TV for over a week. When they delivered it though, it was in great shape and powered up before they left. Overall, great experience with Paul's TV!

I ordered a Panasonic Viera TC-P55GT50 plasma from Paul's. This was my first time ordering a TV online and I was skeptical at first due to the low price of the item and the shipping cost. Upon arrival the packaging was not damaged. The delivery guys opened it for me, plugged it in and turned it on. After inspecting the TV for cracks with a flashlight as should always be done, I told the guys, "Thank you" and bid them farewell. The TV has been up and running for several months and I love it!

Comments: What else is there to say, I got a great price, they even called and informed me of a sale they were starting the next day for a better deal. The order process was straight forward, there was no up sale or bait and switch. The best part was the delivery arrived in 5 days. The delivery crew was a little rushed but I get it, they have deliveries. They were still patient enough to take the TV out of the box put on the base (which they normally don't do) and place it on the stand (also not normal) I had cleared and ready for the TV, plugged it in and turned it on. I do recommend Paul's TV and would purchase again from them in the future. You really cant go wrong. I did look at other retailers east coast TV sales sites and others and the difference is night and day.

I went to the Irvine store and told them I could buy it online at a certain price with a rebate and if they match it I would buy it from the salesman at your Irvine store. He could not lower it to match the total online price because he could not deduct the tax, which you were able to do online. The delivery was as expected and all is great. I will go see the TVs at your stores, but I will most likely go back and order online from your site. Even if the tax wasn't free. On top of that, there was a price reduction and I sent it to your website 3 days later and was emailed back a confirmation that the $13.00 would be credited to my account. I recommended to my father-in-law, who bought his last TV 13 years ago from your La Habra store, to look for what he wants but when it comes to price look at your online store. The site is easy to use, fast, quality is great and I love my new TV. Now if I win the Galaxy Tablet I really will believe that "Paul is the King of Big Screen"

Worked with a salesman named Steve and he went way above and beyond to help us and get us an aweome washer and dryer. We had bought a floor model Electrolux set at an incredible price, but unfortunately there were some mishaps when it was shipped and delivered. We immediately contacted Steve and told him what happen. Steve was extremely diligent and worked really hard and he was able to get us a brand new set!!! Would definately recommened him if you visit Paul's TV.

We recently purchased a 50" TV at your store in La Mirada/Living spaces and I hope this email gets to the higher management. We were waited on by a gentleman Garland Church. Now remember we had been looking for a wk or more so we talked to a lot of salesmen. Garland was the most knowledgeable, courteous, helpful in every way I can think of. He gave us all different options, descriptions, demos on different tv's ...he is just remarkable. When our TV was delivered and the men left we were having some problems with the color and icons on the screen, I called the store just to ask a few questions and was lucky to get Garland on the phone. Well.....he knew exactly what was wrong AND CAME TO MY HOUSE, (which was close to store) and resolved our problem and stayed until we were happy. I asked him who his boss was because this type of service needed to be known and he said he was the manager of that store. Now, I am also in management and if one of my managers went this far above and beyond for a customer...I would let them and other team members know. I am not related to him and have never met him before yesterday but PLEASE give that man some major kudos for the job he is doing and the person he is!!!! Please forward this onto upper management or appropriate person that will act on this request. Please just don't delete and ignore this. My husband and I are beyond impressed with him and will refer everyone I know to go to that store and see him personally!!! Thank you

I would like to report the very positive experience my wife and I recently had while looking for a large screen TV. We had previously checked several other locations and thought we were set on purchasing one we had seen at another location that was of the size we were looking for, 70 inch, and also within our desired price range. We had recently seen a lot of advertising regarding Paul's TV and thought that we should also check there, at the Novi MI location, prior to making our purchase. What a great decision. We were greeted by Bruce, one of the team leaders, who listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered several very good suggestions. We were amazed at the picture quality of the Sharp 70 inch TV's that he showed us. In addition, one of the models had active 3-D, a feature we wanted to have, but which previously was out of our price objective. The Sharp Aquos, Quattron, 3-D Led, smart tv, model LC70LE847U that we selected had every" bell and whistle" that we could ever ask for. When Bruce finished working up the final price, we were both pleasantly surprised at how much we were getting at a super price. We also took out the 5 year extended warranty, which we thought was a very good price. as well as purchasing the "Professional "set up service offered by Paul's. A little about the set up service since I mentioned it. The Television was delivered 5 days after our purchase by Will and Otis who did a fantastic job of carting away the old set and stand, bringing in the new one and setting it up, and making all the "magic" adjustments to the picture that made it truly amazing to watch. They also hooked up 3 of my other components. When they left we had a total package completely set up and ready to use. We also received a very appreciated "quick course" in the use of the TV and remote. All boxes and miscellaneous papers were picked up and the house was left as clean as when they arrived...except now it has an entire new TV system. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the overall experience of dealing with Paul's TV and would highly recommend its products and services.

Went to Pauls looking for a dishwasher. Its a nice little store. They don't have a ton of appliances but with that said I did end up buying one from there. They do have a ton of nice TVs and a help full staff. It was also nice that they had the dishwasher in stock so I could take home right there unlike some of the real big stores that you still have to wait weeks of even months. That was the best part for me.

I went to Pauls TV in Natick (Store 202) looking for a new TV. I had no idea about todays TVs because I still had a tube television. Freddy Diaz met me at the door and took me under his television wing. He walked me through the store educating me about tv's asking me questions to see what tv best suited me and my home. I have to say I was so undecisive but Freddy had such patience with me and had a fantastic sense of humor that really help me with my fustrations of being indecisive. There were so many great tv's! His customer service was undiscribable. On top of that after I bought my tv he called me a week later to see how was my new tv working for me! How's that for customer service. This place is like a hidden gem in fort collins. I bought my television there almost a year ago and the service selection and price were the best in town by far. It seems like the staff really enjoy working there, every time I've been in they seem like they are having a good time. Aaron showed me some really cool speakers when I was buying my tv last time but I couldn't make them fit in my budget because I needed a new amp and bluray first. I saved up and came back and Aaron remembered everything we had talked about almost a year earlier and we ordered the new Kef speakers in the exact finish I wanted which was hard to come by. Just like he claimed they are truly wonderful and were worth the wait. Love this place, they know whats up when it comes to tv and sound.

We bought a Sharp 80" big screen and it was a very good experience. the purchase did not take very long and we received our TV in two days. It would have been delivered the following day but we changed to just delivery instead of the installation they had to offer because our wall unit was barely large enough for it to fit and needed a wall mount with an extended arm, so are own guy did it for us instead. The delivery went well, those guys sure work hard. It was a perfect purchase experience. Our salesman, Warren O., was super nice! He made buying the TV a very comfortable experience.

We went to Paul's to find a new TV this past weekend. We were helped by Vinny, who was very friendly and knowledgable about all the brands. He was able to explain the differences between products and helped us pick out the TV that would best suit our needs. He spent a lot of time with us, picking out accessories and explaining the delivery process. Plus, Paul's has a recycle program on certain TV brands that can be used as a credit when you turn in your old TV. We got $300 for turning in our old TV, which we put towards the delivery and installation fees/accessories. Definitely a bonus that you won't find at Best Buy!

Eric Carlson was the sales person who helped us with our purchase of FOUR flat screens (2-46", 1-32", and 1-19"). We were finally moving into the 21st century and getting rid of our old tube TVs, and we had a lot of questions. Eric very patiently answered our questions and concerns. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise. After we had gotten HD set up in our home, Rafael and Tom came to set up the 46" Samsung we had purchased for our great room. They showed up on time and took their time hooking up our surround sound, and making sure everything worked with our older components. Tom pointed out to us that we had no surge protection, and since we live in Colorado where we are second only to Florida in the number of lightning strikes, he helped us make decisions in order to take care of that also. These guys were friendly and knowledgeable. After all was set up, the next day we couldn't get sound from our surround sound. Eric responded to our phone call of, "What have we done?" with a quick trip to our home to show us how to fix it. Impressive!!! We were not happy when our town lost Ultimate, but we are thrilled to have Paul's TV in our community now. Ultimate always had such a good reputation for knowledge and customer service, but after our experience with Paul's TV, we know we now have a business that will continue that high level of expertise and customer service. Thank you, Paul's TV (Eric, Tom, and Rafael) for such a great experience.

Ryan was most helpful and very thorough in pointing out features of various 55" TV's we were interested. I visited Pauls' TV in Vista looking to purchase a big screen tv for my husband- I visited the RIGHT PLACE. Well I have to say Paul's TV came through for us. We were in the market for a new LED TV and searched the big box stores, the usual Departments stores, the Internet and Paul's. Once we arrived there we were met by Rich, he was fantastic. His selling style is clearly something he has honed over the years to a fine finish. No pressure selling is the best experience. Rich was knowledgeable, and helpful. Together those qualities walked us through not only what we needed, but what we wanted, and most importantly within our budget. Was happy that Paul's TV was willing to price match the TV we wanted. A week later I noticed the ad from the competitor they price matched also included 2 pairs of 3d glasses. I stopped in to see if I could still get the glasses thrown in, prepared for a fight if they said, "no". All that worry was for nothing though. I dealt directly with the manager, Marilyn, who was very friendly and helpful. She looked up the ad, confirmed what I had seen and I walked out a happy customer. That was my 2nd big purchase there and 2nd good experience.

I have nothing to say but fantastic things about Pauls TV in Salem, NH. I went to the larger stores like Best buy and just did not get the service level and knowledge that I was looking for. I just bought a new place with my girlfriend and now we have to start filling the place and one of our first priorities was TV and sound. I was helped by Vinny and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He really spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated how open and honest he was. He had experience with all the equipment I was thinking about purchasing and really helped me make sense of what will work best in the new open space. I was really impressed with the recycling credit that was offered on many of the 2012 models where you can bring in any of your old electronics (I mean like a disc-man) and get $200-$500 off on TVs. They price match everything and they matched the price that Best buy was willing to offer me on the Samsung8000 LED. Also, check the Pauls TV website because I also printed out a price that was even lower on the website then they had in the store and Vinny quickly adjusted it. I originally found Pauls TV located in the maze that makes up Jordan's furniture and it was nice to find a freestanding one near my work. This is definitely the spot where you should be buying your next TV. I have not found anywhere else that can compare on price and service

I went to Paul's TV after buying three other TVs from there over the last four years. I was assisted by Dan L. in trying to find an LED tv. I usually spend a copious amount of time doing research on what I like and how much I am going to pay for it. Dan immediately knew what TVs would best match up to my style and what would be the right fit for the amount I was willing to spend. He knew the differences between each year models, different features of 'smart tvs', and what would look best in my home. After about 45 minutes of my indecision we were lined up with the right one, scheduled for pickup, and I was on my way. Could not have asked for better service, unless the TV was free!

What a tremendous customer service experience from start to finish at Paul's TV! Alex Berry, my salesman was very well informed, patient and courteous. He took plenty of time to explain the various points on each of the sets I was considering, listened to what was important to me and made good recommendations. The sales and negotiation process was professional and cordial and I left very satisfied with the deal and the product. I bought the set on Thursday, March 21st and Installation and delivery was set for Saturday, March 23rd. We had a major snowstorm overnight and this morning and Mark and Tom called when they were underway and subsequently checked in with me four different times since they were stuck in a large traffic jam on I-25 due to a fifty car accident...they arrived after a three hour drive from Denver...typically just over an hour...they were both professional, happy and well trained. The setup and installation went well and they made sure I was aware of all the bells and whistles and features of the set. I greatly Ppreciated their extra effort in getting up here and getting my new Samsung all hooked up so I could watch March Madness. Kudos and a big thank you for a job well done!

I recently went to look at furniture and found myself attracted to the back of the store at Paul's TV. I was so intrigued by the giant television displays and was greeted by a nice gentlemen Brandon. We went to Pauls to look at the prices before we headed across the parking lot to Best Buy to purchase our new television. We figured it would be overpriced, due to its seeminly small store. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in. First off, we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Joe, immediately upon entering. Quite a different experience from Best Buy, where you have to hunt help down. Joe was beyond knowledgeable about his products, and answered all of our questions. He was completely open and willing to show us televisions that were in our requested budget, showing us different options and explaining the benefits of the apps, etc. We were never once rushed, or made to feel we were an imposition. The checkout was easy. Joe even gave us paperwork to receive a $100.00 rebate from the electric company. The delivery and setup was beyond easy. They called to set the appointment on the date they promised. They arrived prepared, even having extra cables and such, in case we didn't have all we needed. The tech guys took plenty of time to explain the new system, and when they left, I felt I understood how to work the television. I just received a phone call from Joe, asking how we were enjoying our new toy. This made me very happy. So happy, in fact, that I am planning on making another purchase there this week. Their prices are competitive, but better than that, is that you feel that you were taken care of, and that the company cared about how you were treated. I like that.

I did some extensive research online about all 55" LED 240hz 3D TV's. I was initially interested in either Samsung or Sony, but when I went to Paul's TV, I was instantly greeted by Rick Wilson. Rick was amazing and provided some of the best customer service and knowledge about all the TV's. Rick spent "quality" time speaking to me about all the differences in the TV quality and TV ratings. Rick was truly one of the very best sales and service staff I've ever dealt with. Rick was genuine, no high sales pressure, extremely personable, knowledgeable, patient and customer centric in all levels of the words customer service driven! Because of the tremendous service and caring attitude I received from Rick Wilson, I decided to purchase a Panasonic 55" 240hz LED 3D TV form Paul's TV and actually went back to Rick a few times for set up assistance and additional purchase of a blu ray player and sound bar as well as went back to Furniture Row to by a couple of leather couches a week later. I would have never purchased the TV, blu ray player, sound bar and furniture at Paul's TV and Furniture Row if it weren't for the amazing service I personally received from Rick Wilson! If you go to Paul's TV, you have to go see Rick Wilson! You will not be disappointed!!!.

I recently purchased a new Panasonic TC-P65VT50 Plasma TV online from Paul's. John Kim, the sales rep that I worked with, provided excellent service. There was a problem with the delivery company (no fault of Paul's) and John went above and beyond making sure my TV was delivered in a timely manner, alleviating me of all the stress these situations can cause. My wife and I purchased a Frigidaire SS kitchen appliance set of fridge, microwave, stove and dishwashear.Babba Thapa was our salesman, and he was great. When we got the appliances and started using them, about 1 month later we noticed the bottom rack of our dishwasher was too short for our dinner plates. The wash spinner nozzle hit and wouldn't turn, so dishes wouldn't get clean right. We brought it to their attention, and the matching dishwasher that we wanted wasn't available for a few months. Long story short, they took the exchange 4 months after we had used it and made us very happy! We shopped around and they were hands down the best price on major appliances! The whole staff was great. We will be back again, thanks to Alex and Babba!

If you're looking for a new TV in the LA/OC area I would definitely give these guys a chance. I was in the market for the 70in Sharp Aquos 240HZ TV and looked all over the Internet for the best possible price. I found it on numerous web sites for around 2,200.00, however, none of them were authorized retailers of the product. In addition, I had a bad experience before buying a Plasma from Amazon and the screen showed up shattered the entire refund process was a nightmare. Gene, the sales rep, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the TV. In addition, they will match any price from an AUTHORIZED retailer. I ended up paying 2,318.00 for the TV, but I received a level of customer service, which made the extra 100.00 an afterthought. There is something to be said for sales reps who are there to help you, answer questions and solve any issues you may have after you receive the TV. You just don't get that ordering something online.??Three days after I received the TV my wife was flipping out because the Picture and view on the TV was sub par compared to our plasma's. I immediately called Gene and he spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with walking me through the process to set up the picture in USER mode. Now my wife is happy and the picture is phenomenal..

We were shopping for a HDTV. We had done our home work and knew the make and model we wanted. We asked to work with a sales person and were quickly introduced to Pierre. We enjoyed our experience working with Pierre; he has a out going personality and really enjoys his job. He demonstrated the HDTV we were interested in he also let us know this was last years model and just for comparison purposes showed off this years model. He was honest enough to say this years model did not really offer a significant difference with that of last years model. And we would save several hundred dollars by purchasing the older model. He took his time talking with us both about our view habits and some personal stories. At no time did he push us to buy something today. I happened to know Samsung's discount ended today but Pierre never brought it up. Overall we were very happy with the selection of HDTV's available at Paul's TV and the standard of care our sales person showed us. I highly recommend going to the N. Reading MA store for TV's and other appliances.

Our old Sony TV finally gave out after 20+ years of trouble-free service. I did a lot of looking on line and in person (Best Buy, Sears, Howard's, Paul's) and online (Consumer Reports, http://plasmatvbuyinggui…, etc.). Decided on a Samsung Model PN51E700 51-in.SmartTV. No one could match Paul's prices, and when I found the same model on Amazon that was $50 lower than Paul's already low price, they matched it immediately and with no hassles. Throughout the process, Daniel Daly, our salesperson, was helpful, very knowledgeable about plasma TVs (same can't be said of salespersons at the other stores I looked), and not aggressive at all. We were extremely satisfied with our treatment and our purchase; in fact, we were so happy, we went back a week later and .bought the console Daniel had originally recommended -- we thought we could find something better elsewhere -- but couldn't. For the life of me. When the time comes to replace our other TV, our first (and likely, last) stop will be Paul's!.

To be honest, I was a little concerned at first when reading some of the reviews regarding shipping, etc. You always have to be careful putting too much stock into negative reviews. There isn't a company in the world that doesn't have a bad day or make mistakes, it's how they handle the situation afterwards. Paul's TV in Dacono is wonderful! The staff is helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I recently visited Paul's with the intent to casually look around. I noticed right away that their products were cleanly displayed and that the staff was willing to help without being pushy. I had the pleasure of working with the store's manager, Bobby. My husband and I wanted to buy a 60" 3D, smart TV so I went right to Best Buy thinking they would have the most selection and best prices. I found a TV that might work for us and took a picture of the label and price tag to send to my husband, but couldn't find ANYONE to help me or answer my questions. After 30 mins of searching for nonexistent sales staff I just left and decided to go across the street and check out Paul's. I had never been in a Paul's TV before and assumed they would be small and pricey. I was so wrong! I was immediately greeted by Vinny who was very knowledgeable about their wide variety and I ended up picking the same TV I had just seen at Best Buy. Their price was slightly higher, but as soon as I showed Vinnie the picture of the label from Best Buy he said they would absolutely match the price and if I found a lower price in the 30 days after purchase I could come back and get a refund! Even though I was willing to pay slightly more at Paul's for the great customer service I didn't have to at all. It was such a comfort to have help when making such a big purchase! On my first visit to this store I met with Devin Rice. He took the time to show me the various sets and took the time to explain all the functions, pros, cons etc. When I went back to purchase a set, Devin was not available so I worked with Tyler Weimer. He, also was very helpful and the set was delivered as promised. This staff is extremely knowledgeable. They did not try to oversell, just worked with me to find the set that would best suit my needs. We recently bought a 51" Samsung plasma TV from Mike, the salesman at Paul's TV in Salem. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, not just the day of the purchase but through many calls and requests for assistance after the fact. We paid extra for the installation of the system, which was well worth every dime. We got a Smart TV, Sound Bar and DVD Player and they got everything hooked up, connected to the internet and showed us how to use the clickers. For two folks in their 60's...priceless. And even though we paid for installation, naturally a few questions came up later (such as when we got a new wi-fi router). Like the previous reviewer, Mike told us to call him and he'd walk through the process with us. We would also highly recommend this store and salesman to anyone looking to buy a TV or appliance. It's nice to know that after the sale is made, you're still important to them.

I went to Paul's TV on Tyler to exchange my LCD from another Paul's location. "Chad" took care of me ... very well. Eye contact, firm handshake, showed me features of the other TV's in stock. Went back again today for ANOTHER exchange. No problem ... Chad was gracious and understanding. Didn't seem to mind that I cam back again, for yet another exchange. I don't think they do this every time ... but at least Chad did this time. OH yeah ... I just noticed how Chad treated other customers in the shop. I was trying to write this review on my cell phone (didnt' work) so I listened to Chad explain details about store credit to a young couple. He really knew his stuff and explained it in a clear and simple fashion. Chad is professional. He's not going to try and be "your buddy" (which i appreciate). He is skilled at what he does. If I write more, folks might think this is a fake post so I better quit.

I found Pauls TV while looking online for a big screen for my basement. When I seen their prices I thought they were too good to be true. I continued my search online for a few more hours then ended back to Pauls TV again. I decided to call. I could not believe the service I received from the staff. It was unbelievable. I talked to David Pelayo and he explained everything I wanted to know about all the televisions I asked about. I ended up ordering the 73 inch Mitsubishi DLP 3D smart TV with the stand and 3D glasses plus a 5 year warranty! I bought it for a price that I couldn't get a 55 inch TV at a local appliance dealer. The television was delivered within a few days even though I live a few states away from where Pauls TV is located. The white glove service carried it to my basement, unboxed it and gave me tips and suggestions on how to operate it and because it was below zero degrees. They advised me to let it come to room temp before I turned it on. That was great advise from what everyone says. They were professional and great guys. Now this TV in my basement is huge. The picture is AMAZING. I have 3 LCD televisions and this Mitsubishi DLP puts them to shame. There is not spot in the basement that is not visible to see the TV. My kids play PS3 on it and we love to all watch movies together. This television is the family gathering place for movies and shows just about every night. While I wasn't ready to make a purchase I was taken back by the quality of service one of the workers named Alex offered me. I found Paul's TV while searching for a Panasonic TC L55E50. The price was below what many were selling for and even some refurbished. Additionally for me, there was no sales tax, no shipping, and at the time there was an additional discount coupon available. Not totally believing the deal, I called the toll free number and spoke to Omar Al-Masri, who satisfied my concerns and we even discussed the warranties available for this purchase. The delivery was made within a week of order. I was called to schedule a time for delivery. The delivery company called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived promptly. They brought the unit inside into the room I asked, allowed me to inspect the packaging, and then assisted with removing the unit from the packaging. All wise good, so I signed for the delivery and then set set the unit up. I have reviewed the TV on Paul's Website for any interested specifically in the unit. As far as Paul's goes, I will order again based on this first time purchase.

Did extensive research for my TV and then went to Paul's TV. They had the best price for the TV I wanted. Even with the best price they took off $500. I've never been there and was quite impressed. The customer service from Hai Yuan was outstanding! Very friendly nice guy. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Got a great deal on our 65 in TV and the TV was delivered the very next day. The delivery guys were on time and brought it in and set it up. They even carried our old flat screen upstairs for us. I will definitely go back to Paul's for any additional electronic needs.

Got a floor model Panasonic plasma TV from Paul's TV inside of Living Spaces. Kelia was prompt and courteous in assisting with my purchase. Came back later and she once again helped me with my DirectTV order. Would recommend to everyone. Some things to note are: Living Spaces and Paul's TV are separate entities, which means discounts and promotions for one cannot be applied to the other. Prices are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy and their plasma selection is better than Fry's. Consider inspecting and purchasing a floor model as it saves time on assembly and overcomes the break in period. I was able to carry the 55" floor model TV a few feet from my car to the living room without help but know your own limitations.

Frank solved a huge problem for us by showing us the Bose Sound Bar home theater system, because we wanted very high quality surround sound for a presentation area in our business, but we can't wire the entire room with speakers due to many challenges in the space. Frank really took the time and listened to our need before making his recommendation, which was spot on. When we compared prices against other local merchants Paul's comes out ahead, being more on a par with the big internet merchants and even many of the Asian sourced super-discount eBay sellers. Since those other merchants have no pre-sale product decision expertise or post-sale customer support, we will buy locally from Paul's every time.

Although it took a long time, I am finally writing my review for Paul's TV from this past December. I was torn between buying my TV online (I am a huge Amazon fan) and at a local brick and mortar store. Because it is a rather large purchase I decided I wanted to check the local dealers and get some actual customer service; Sears, Best Buy, Paul's, Walmart, Sam's, and Costco all got visits from me, armed with my notebook and trusty Consumer Reports magazine. After much research, I finally had the TVs that made it to my final round of research and it came down to Sears or Paul's. The main reason I finally ended up choosing Paul's was the salesman (I believe his name was Dan). He was an ex-Tweeter employee who really knew his stuff, and I was super impressed that he spent his time showing and explaining which TVs he liked, not which TVs were the most expensive. I went out that week convinced that I was going to get an expensive LED TV, and after careful consideration stemming from Dan's knowledge, (he was never pushy either, which I liked) I went with a plasma TV and saved myself a few hundred dollars, and even got a little break on the TV stand, 3-D glasses and Blu-Ray player I also purchased. I love my new TV and feel I made the best choice. Paul's even honored their price protection vow the next day when I found the TV cheaper on Amazon. I did have to fight a bit for that, but they did stay true to their word. All in all, I highly endorse Paul's TV at Jordan's Furniture in Nashua, NH.

Buying a Plasma at Paul's TV was a great experience. I am a tough sell and need a lot of attention when making a big purchase. Mike Bracci at Paul's TV spent hours with me to make sure that I was comfortable with the purchase I made. We started looking at TVs before the Super Bowl. There are so many choices, brands, sizes, etc. but we had decided on a Sharp Aquos 60 or 70 inch. We looked at many different retailers and online, but couldn't find anyone who could tell us the difference in the features or why one TV the same brand and same size was thousands more than the other one. We decided to visit Paul's TV. We met Hai and told him what we were looking for. He walked us through each of the different TVs, processors, screen sizes, etc and explained exactly what made each of them priced the way they were. He was not pushy or inpatient, especially when we told him we were not going to purchase the TV for a few more days (still researching). Even in the next few days when we would see a TV at a different retailer, we called Hai to ask why the price might have been different or why the screen looked the way it did. He took all of my calls and was never annoyed that I was calling him to ask. He was thorough and knowledgeable on each brand and with each phone call. We finally decided on the SHARP LC60LE847U and we couldn't be happier! Hai searched all the online competitors and got us the best price. They delivered it the day before the game and it has been an amazing purchase! We even searched online to get the best price for the 3D glasses and ended up purchasing those from Paul's TV, as well - the cheapest internet price we found was $118 and they sold them for $50!! Our TV is the perfect size, the perfect screen and we just LOVE it. Your next TV purchase should be from Paul's TV as they employ people who know what they are doing, are friendly, do not act like typical commission-based employees and you will get the best price for an amazing product!!

We highly recommend Josh Stott our salesperson at Paul's TV. We had shopped at 5 other electronics stores before going to Paul's but had been dissatisfied with the sales person experience. But Josh was everything the others were not: he was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and desires. When he was unsure of an answer he asked his supervisor or looked it up. He helped us research issues which were peculiar to our set-up. And he followed-up with us as he said he would. We did not have a very satisfactory experience with the two men who came to set up our equipment. Due to complications with our set-up they weren't able to complete the installation and did not complete the job which we expected and paid for. But Josh came over to help while they were at our house and actually returned to the store to fetch a longer HDMI cord, helped me with the installation of that, and went back a second time to look for bolts to attach the TV to our wall bracket. He returned again several days later to help me with the hanging of the TV and setting up of the remotes and other adjustments. And he followed-up via email several days later to ask how we were doing with our new equipment. He went out of his way to help and assure we were satisfied and were enjoying our new equipment (which we are, a lot). We HIGHLY recommend Paul's TV here in Muskegon and especially Josh Stott.

It was time to upgrade my man-cave TV and thought Paul's would be out of my price range. Since I needed education to make an informed purchase and knew I couldn't get anyone to wait on me, let alone give any insight at the BB across the street, I went to Paul's. What a great place! Knowledgeable, willing and patient Mike Lomonte, welcomed me back even after trading a third TV for a fourth! Mike was willing and happy to do whatever it took to make me happy. I am a very discerning buyer who cannot easily part with $1000 for a luxury like a big screen TV. Mike answered any and all of my questions, even some technical ones, explained all my options, matched any pricing I could find (even on line or across the street) and hung with me until I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Best prices, selection, innovative warrenty plans and service with a smile above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend Paul's to all my friends and family for their new TVs. This was the first time I had ever dealt with Paul's TV and it definitely will not be the last. Jarad was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came time for me to pull the trigger on a SamsungUN65ES8000. This was a very big purchase for me and almost made a grave mistake and purchased it from Alltimetvs. There is almost always a reason behind "ultra low pricing", if it seems to good to be true it probably is. Buyer beware do your research extensively, Samsung will not warranty your TV unless it is from an authorized Samsung dealer. So even though some of those other companies say it comes with the 1 year factory warranty, it doesn't and that info is directy from a call made to Samsung by me. Paul's TV truly cares about their customers and you will know this once you speak with them, very professional, and never pushy. Free white glove delivery and a price that no one can beat. I will keep you posted once I receive my television.

Contacted Joe in Riverside. We were looking for a 73 inch Mitsubishi. We ended up getting an 82 inch Mitsubishi and we love it. Picture is fantastic and sound is superb. The surround sound is built in and works great. Received it at our home in Arizona a week later. Delivery was white glove and setup was easy. Haven't tried the 3D yet, but look forward to it.

He was professional and based on my home made excellent recommendations. I had bought a 32" tv from Paul's TV in Chesterfield back in December. Recently I was having trouble with getting the blu ray player, which I did not get from Paul's, to show up on the TV. I called Nathan, the manager, and he tried to troubleshoot me over the phone but to no avail. He said he would come out that day and help me out to see what he could do. I felt embarrassed that he was able to fix the problem within minutes. I will always shop at Paul's TV now because even with a small 32" I was treated like I had gotten a 70". Thank you Paul's TV!

We bought our new tv from Paul's in Salem, NH. I called ahead and talked to Anthony; let him know what we were looking for and that we would be there later that day. He showed us 3-4 tvs in the size/price range and helped us selct the right one for us (we went with a 46" Samsung). Best of all- we were able to schedule delivery on Presidents Day! They removed our old 200lb tv and set up the new one in about 15 minutes. For such great service, I would have figured to pay a bit more but in checking around, Paul's price was the same (and in some cases less) than other stores. Highly recommend.

Went to the new Paul's Store in Dana Point the other day looking for a 50" plasma TV and had probably the best and easiest buying experience. I met George Kimberlin who was both helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the various TV formats and the specific type I was looking for. Now I have previously purchased TV's before from Paul's, at two other stores, but I really enjoyed this time. George's prices were extremely competitive and I was able to get my specific TV, as well as a BluRay DVD player, the same day. What can I say these guys are awesome and very knowlegable about tv's. We had gotten a new mattress next door which also gave us a voucher for a new hd tv. I had my eye on the samsung 8000 for quite some time and knew as soon as it dropped in price I would buy it. They were happy to give me the voucher's worth towards my tv! Also they price match everywhere, even online which is unheard of so that alone is worth keeping your eye on that speacial tv you've been drooling over!!! The guys at Paul's TV know there stuff! I came in to just buy a couch for my new place and didn't even realize they sold tv's. I guess they aren't part of the sofa store but are just inside of it. They have some amazing deals for such a small store. I have been looking for a new tv and for a while and wasn't sure if i should get a plasma or hd and what the difference are. Absolutely thrilled with the products and experience at Paul's TV. I searched Ft.Collins for the right 70" TV and sound bar but struck out with most due to lack of knowledge and rude customer service. Aaron at Paul's TV was a breath of fresh air. Hooking up my surround sound to my TV I got from here last year, I ran into problems & half my speakers weren't working. Not knowing what to do, I called to get some tips from the pros at Paul's & attempted it again. Failing once again I reached out for help. I spoke with Ren & he told me that my salesman Orion had gotten promoted but he was at the store & he was willing to come over to help me out. Chris Augousti was our salesman who did a great job explaining all of the models and features out there in the 65" TV category. We set out to buy a Samsung, but after reviewing all of features between Samsung, Panasonic, and Sharp we selected the Panasonic TCP65VT50 because we found that is what fit us perfectly. We could not have done this on our own, it was the help and knowledge of Chris that helped us make our choice, he did not direct us toward one or the other just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we decide to purchase.??I feel a little guilty, because we have been buying all of our electronics and appliances from ABC Warehouse for the last 20, or so, years and have developed a relationship with the salesman there over the years. Many stores had what we were looking for but we felt pushed and pressured to buy the top of the line highest priced Item that the store carried. We choice to go through Paul's TV because the service was amazing!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in then left alone for a few mins to take in what they all had, a few mins later Brian Mason walked us through every sound system that they had and he never lost sight of our needs and wants for a system. I am not a easy customer to deal with (its true ) I hate being pushed into something that I don't want and never once did I feel that way when dealing with this man. He really knows about all the products that are being sold there .We were glad that he was the person that came over to help us. He was the only person that came over and asked if he could help us. That right there speaks volumes!!!!! Willing to put the effort in was the right way to go. Second the 2 people Chad and Jeff that delivered the TV. Very polite and neat setup and leanup. We had excellent service! James, at Paul's TV, really took care of us. We bought our furniture from Art Van....also, our TV from Paul's. We ordered a flat screen with the mount that is adjustable. The one that was delivered was a non- adjustable. THe delivery man said that they would bring the correct one on another day. The problem was that our guys were coming out the next day ( we were having an addition put on) to hook up the tv along with the electrical....not good. Called James...he delivered the correct mount in time for our electricians. Then a month later, our tv was not working....even though James had his daughter's birthday party to go to...he stopped on the way to the party to see if he could fix the problem. he made sure it wasn't the tv and tried to correct what he thought it was. it ended up being a Dish issue. However, he did a great job by trying to help. We would recommend Paul's TV to anyone. Thank you, James!

I did my internet research on price and quality before I was ready to purchase my 55" TV. I dealt with John and it was a great experience. I actually was able to buy the upgraded version of the best rated TV for only $200 more than the price I wanted to pay. This was at least $500 less than the nearest competitors price. The delivery was the next night before the Super bowl, as promised. John even called me a week after purchase to make sure I was satisfied. I recently bought a home theater receiver to replace my old one. Mike Flores was my sales person. I had many questions and he spent alot of time with me and answered all of them. I finally bought a Denon receiver with Airplay of which I needed assistance when I was at home trying to set up Airplay. I called Mike and he very helpful. He helped me set up Airplay and I was able to connect my Iphone to the receiver so I could hear my itunes music wirelessly though my home theater system. I have been in the market for a large (around 70") flat screen TV for some time to replace my twelve year old 65" Mitsubishi Big Box Projection set. There are so many brands out there at different prices that even someone like me that is relatively sophisticated when it comes to technology, was a tad confused. Confused over brand, and confused over price. I used to think that Costco had the lowest prices - they might, but on sets that are very basic. Fry's also have excellent prices. I wanted to find a company that had great prices, an excellent selection of QUALITY TV's, and the ability to deliver and install with the wires from the components to the TV in the wall (i.e. hidden) as I have the TV mounted on the wall. Look no further than Paul's TV. Over the years I have bought three TV's from Paul's - from when he had one branch in La Habra. I was helped by Anil Sud who was an absolute expert, gave me great advice, and sold me a Sharp Quaatron Set that far exceeds my expectations. The installation people were on time and efficient, and did a first class, very clean job. If you need a TV, are not 100% sure of what you want, and require high quality of product, service, and installation I highly recommend Anil Sud of Paul's TV in Irvine.

I researched TV's and Audio systems for our new home theater remodel, and a former employee of Paul's TV recommended that I should visit this store sand talk with Aaron. I spent a great deal of time with Aaron, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to figure out our room layout and build the perfect theater system. I came back three different times before I purchased, each time with lots of questions, and he continued to be knowledgeable and kind. No high-pressure tactics, but a genuine willingness to listen and understand our needs and budget. He worked hard to get us the best pricing, beating the competition and price-matching some online specials. The kicker: the day AFTER I placed my order for a $3,000 TV he called to tell me the price had just dropped by $500, and he was re-doing my order so I could save the money. Tyler Weimer at Paul's TV took about an hour to help us and answer all our questions about purchasing a TV, receiver, and Blu-Ray player. He showed and compared all the features of several brands. He is very knowledgeable about the products he represents and never rushed us to make a decision. Both Tom and Rafael were equally knowledgeable and professional when they arrived for the installation of all our components. They took all the time necessary to make certain that I knew how to work with all the remotes before they left. The best Superbowl Party ever. If you are looking for a seamless experience where people know their products, do what they say they will do, deliver when they say they will deliver and go the extra mile, Paul's is the place to purchase. Baba was amazing; we had been to so many stores where my Husband knew more than the "experts" - who pulled some high pressure, upsell nonsense. This was not the case with Baba. He truly understands his products and the package he put together for us was fantastic. Most importantly, he did everything he said the would do. From purchase to delivery and set up...everything he said would happen, happened. No one does that anymore. THANK YOU. Kudos to Ernie and Todd with the delivery and setup department; they arrived when they said they would (we are in the High Desert, so this is not around the corner) and were dressed professionally. I left the room when they began setting up and when I came back, there were no boxes, no wrap, no mess on my floor to clean up - that was a first. They set up and programmed our new cable box, walked me through the operations of the TV, Blu Ray, 3D glasses, Netflix and Sub Woofer. They knew and understood the items we purchased and were able to answer all my questions. I was fully expecting to spend a couple hours going through the owner's manuals after setup - for the record, I haven't had to open a manual yet. They organized the receipts, instruction manuals, warranty information, they even cut the barcode "proof of purchase" off the boxes. I was stunned at how seamless this process was for us. Our expectations were exceeded by a mile, in fact we are taking a relative down to purchase his TV today. THANK YOU.

To be honest I had never even though of going to Paul's TV. I had always thought they were high priced and not the way to go, until a friend told me about the deal she got. I went in and gave them a chance and I'm glad I did. My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with the store manager Tye West. We had already shopped around a little and were thinking about just buying from Amazon because everyone had been so pushy when it came to sales. No one was being pushy and instead of feeling like they were trying to sell me the most expensive TV at the top of my price range Tye described the pros and cons of all the TVs in my price range! Honestly if I would have bought online I would have never thought about how the light in my living room would effect the type of TV I bought, he was so informative. Needless to say we had amazing customer service, not to mention they beat the price of the TV my husband and I had been looking at on amazon and we got a better warranty! I will definitely recommend Paul's TV to all my friends and family!

Came in hear a couple times; met with Kevin Ryan both times. This guy really knows his TVs. He showed me a few models and recommended the Samsung e7000 even though I was looking at the Panasonic st50. I told him i need to think about it. Did some research, came back in with some questions. He spent over 30 minutes with me explaining the issues, answering questions, and comparing multiple TVs under different settings. At the end of the day, I went with the Samsung and couldn't be happier. My delivery was supposed to be on Saturday, but on Thursday I called to change it to Friday. They said no problem, and delivery got their with in first 15 minutes of the 3 hour window. TV is awesome, Kevin and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and delivery was a breeze. oh and the price was unbeatable, i spent a few months trying to find the best deal and this was without a doubt the best deal, granted it was the week of the Super bowl. My husband and I went to Paul's TV within Jordan's furniture in Nashua. After waiting for quite some time to be helped by a salesman who provided NO information about the product(s) we were inquiring about and mis-stated truth about stock at other locations, we decided to go to the Paul's TV in Salem. VERY GLAD WE DID. Employee Anthony not only infomred us more accuratley about the 64" tv we were considering but also offered a better alternative in the same price point. He took the time to show us online data, compared dvd to tv pic quality, sound, etc. In the end, we ended up with the 64" Samsung plasma (PN64E8000GF). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TV as well as Anthony. I called and a cool guy named Ammar picked up the phone. I cut straight to the point and asked him if they had a Pioneer 54" VT25 in stock and for sale. He said yes and told me the price straight! They were significantly lower than even the Internets best price... I ended driving down immediately & when i met with Ammar he was extremely informative. I was having second thoughts and was considering going with the Samsung 58" for couple hundred more. In the end I went with the Panasonic and Ammar assured me that if I did not like it I could trade it in for the Samsung within 10 days! Plus, i got free next day delivery! We live in Dracut, MA and were thrilled to hear there was a Paul's TV in Salem, NH so we would not have to make the trek to Nashua, NH where the next closest store is. Anthony B was our sales person. He was very personable and knowledgeable about all the products and really went out of his way to help us out. I was very impressed with his in-depth knowledge about all the types of TV's. When we got home with our purchase we noticed we were missing a part in the packaging. We called Anthony and he was ready to drive over to our house to drop it off. We did not take him up on that offer but were impressed with the fact that he actually offered to do it. Now that is customer service! . All the other sales people there were also very helpful. The whole group of sales persons seem to work as a team, helping out each other out and each other's customers. I definitely recommend Paul's TV in Salem. I felt good about my purchase when I got home believing I had made the right decision based upon the experience I had at Paul's TV.

My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a 60" tv for our living room and like being any young typical couple, we only thought to go to Best Buy. We had to wait about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and then put on a wait list for 20 minutes only for some 18 year old punk to tell us that the tv we were looking to purchase was "a piece of crap". Just as we're about to drive home we notice Paul's TV across the street from Best Buy. The second we walk in, Vinny greeted us, answered all of our questions HONESTLY, and actually was interested in spending time with us. He was super knowledgeable and asked us questions about our preferences and about the room the tv would be in, in order to provide us with the confidence in knowing we made the best purchase. So, I decided after doing a lot of research online what Television I thought I might want. Prices ranged online from $1699.99-$2599.99 for the Mitsubishi WD-73840. I just hadn't seen it in person. Doing a search I saw Paul's TV had it and went up to take a look at it. Paul's had it listed on their website for $2399.99. A little (lot) more than I wanted to pay. But, I had to see it first before deciding which online retailer I would buy it from. Got there and was greeted by 2 guys and told them what I was looking for. They didn't have the 73" on the floor to view but did have the same model in the 82" and 92". Picture was pretty darn good and they said they had the 73" in stock. I told them their price was more than I wanted to pay. They said they could match the price with an authorized Mitsubishi Dealer. So, I showed them online where I saw it for $1699.99. Bummer, none of the retailers were an authorized dealer. One of the guys, Phil, said he'd try to find me the best price he could from an online authorized dealer. About 5 mins later he found me in the store and said he found it for....$1699.99!! We have a winner!! Great customer service, TV was delivered free the next day, less than 24hrs from when I purchased it. Delivery guys were quick and friendly. The TV is awesome and I'm loving it! I was replacing my old Sony LCOS (DLP) that I loved to death. Thanks guys, I will definitely tell my friends about the great service!

I talked to Cameron and he showed me exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. He explained to me about how the TV was latest technology for that size (edge lit LED) and showed me the internet apps I could have. The last time I purchased a big screen TV it was easy. I went to consumer reports and found out which was the best TV available. My wife and I checked the spec and found a Panasonic that was identical to the Pioneer Elite at 1/2 the price. We got a great TV at a reasonable price. This time around we were looking for something less than "The best" but still very nice. How on earth do you research those parameters? Simple....... Go to Paul's! I have nothing against the folks that work the TV departments at huge retailers, but we all know they just read the cards on the shelf. On the other end of the spectrum is Paul's TV. I spent 30-40 minutes with Daniel Gudzevich talking about LED vs. Plasma and which one would work best in our sunroom. Which manufacturer had the best software etc. I walked in there fully expecting to buy a Panasonic Plasma because they are the most lifelike. I walked out of there with a Samsung LED because it would work the best in our Sunroom due to the bright ambient lighting. I couldn't be happier. The TV is perfect, Dan set us up with exactly what we needed even though it was the opposite of what we had in mind. Go to Paul's and give them your business. I would have wasted $1000.00 on a TV that did not work in my sunroom if it weren't for Dan's Expertise. (BTW: The same TV at BestBuy was the same price. Paul's is a "No-Brainer")

I went to check out Paul's TV on 1/25/13 knowing want I wanted to buy, a plasma 64" Samsung PN64E8000. I read all the reviews on the TV and was ready to purchase after 2 1/2 years, I also did my research on line and was ready to negotiate. I met with Chad who worked with me and to my surprise I did not have to negotiate at all. By the time I was done I also purchased a 32" LCD TV and a Panasonic 3D Blu Ray player. I was treated very well and prices are better than having to purchase on line. The equipment was delivered the next day and everything is working well and the whole experience was much better than I expected. Riverside is high on my recommendation list.

I had done my research before entering Paul's TV....so I had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted. Mike Bracci was the first sales person I met in the store. I told him I was just looking at the flat screens. No hard sell, just an amiable conversation about TVs, while he showed me the various flatscreens they had. Without me telling him exactly what I was looking for, he took me to the Panasonic VT plasma and said this was, in his opinion, the best bang for the buck. Ironically, it was the flatscreen I was most interested in and coincidently the one he owns, along w/3 or 4 (?) other employees in the store. Still not mentioning my personal preference, I set up an app't for an evaluation ($99 applied to the cost of the TV if purchased) of the room I planned on putting the TV in. Mike T came over to my home and confirmed my opinion that the room was fine for a plasma and explained the install process.....now it was just what size to purchase. I felt very comfortable w/all of Paul's TV personnel's knowledge I came in touch with...no techno BS, just plain "laymans" talk. I had Paul's TV do my install also....this went smoothley and quickly. I purchased the Panasonic TCP65VT50 and I don't which I'm more impressed with; the TV or the great service provided by Paul's.

Recently purchased a great 55" plasma from Aaron at Paul's TV. A really good deal with lots of information that help us make the right decision. We have an older entertainment center with lots of components and a maze of spaghetti cords. When the delivery fellows brought the TV and took one look at all of the cords they threw up their hands and could connect only the DVR to the TV. We called Aaron who dropped everything on his day off, came by the house and spent hours at our home making all of the proper connections. Talk about first-class service. "A+++++ These guys gave me grade A customer service, like the kind my parents used to talk about and I am in my thirty's I didn't know that there was still service like this (it was like finding the customer service flying unicorn) I placed a order with Omar (didn't get his last name but I will) he did nothing but help and assist me in the transaction due to the fact of my bank giving me trouble over spending limits. Omar worked with me for days while my bank twiddled their thumbs and my bank still remained no help at all. But Omar and his supervisor Darren are now my heroes and now my TV is on it's way. I typically don't write these reviews, but I felt compelled after the stellar service I received. Long story short, was in the market for a TV. Bought one from Best Buy across the street. A nice Sony.. That didn't turn on. Best Buy wouldn't refund my cash purchase an hour later because they don't refund over 500 in cash. Waited 2 weeks for my money to come in a check. The reps knew less than I did about TV's. Walked over to Pauls TV across the street and had some stellar service from a Mike B (Bracci? something italian). Ask for him, guy with a goatee. Knows his stuff, didn't give me a BS sales pitch (I work in sales myself, would have turned me off) and probobly had the best customer service i'd received in purchasing a big ticket item. Walked away with an AMAZING Panasonic VT50 (HIGHLY RECCOMEND!) This thing is as good as CNET claims. Not to mention the box was mint condition compared to Best Buys destroyed box that came with their TV. I'm not an easy customer, but honestly I was beyond impressed. They're bringing back the local store mentality. I'l likely be back for my appliances when I purchase my new house this year. Good prices to boot.

I walked into Pauls TV thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. After Speaking with a sales associate there named Vincent he took the time to show me the tv I inquired about. He then took the time to ask me a few questions about what I was doing with my tv and where it was going. (basement, on the wall.) After chatting for a few minutes about my project he asked me if I minded him showing me a few other options. I'd consider myself pretty tech savy but I truly have never seen the difference in these tv's when it comes down to the small things, i.e. motion speeds, sound quality, brightness vs. deep etc. I originally thought samsung 60" LED 120hz was all I needed but there was definitely a difference in motion at that size between certain tv's. I never fealt pressured to buy nor did I feel as if I was being pushed into different technologies. The sales associate simply showed me what I wanted, and then showed my why I might consider something else. After I decided on a 60" samsung Plasma, he then even called a few days later to let me know that the TV I picked out now came with a $200 dollar gift card and saved me an addition $200! Thats what I call great customer service. End result, I bought a 60" samsung with surround sound and even had them come out and install it. I'd recommend Pauls TV to anyone looking at home electronics as well as the associate I worked with Vincent.

"I ordered my Mitisbuti 92" TV on Jan 8th and it was delivered on Jan 15th. My Paul's rep was David Pelayo. gotta tell you. went in the store 1/9/2013. met with gil the sales rep. we knew exactly what we wanted, he was very versed on the product, knew the ins and outs of everything. within the hour we penned the deal and bought a panasonic 55 inch plasma 3d tv. delivery free, ordered brackets and installation. cables 4 year warrentee insurance,everything we needed, and completed the deal. that day the sale started on line, pauls the next day honored the new sale and credited us the price as guarentees by their 30 day price guarentee. tv was delivered 1/10/2013 on time, old set hauled off , great deal. set up and programing was included. thanks paul we are coming back again for the sound systems and more/. Gill congrats on the great deal. vince ps: cannot compare to bestbuy or costco the models are different, the televisions here are listed in consumer reports and rated very high. we only shop with refferal from consumer guides. these models were rated very very high on the list, unlike those ate costco and best buy. you get what you pay for. our last plasma still in service from 7 years ago also a consumer report listed item We checked the competition and the televisions were lower grade models youy have to understand the model numbers before you shop. go to pauls and they know the differance etween the model numbers and will steer you in the right direction.

Well for Christmas my husband and I wanted to buy a hi def 3D 1080/240 flat screen TV. My husband went to apx 8 Stores and did price, picture, and size comparisons on all makes and models. We were well prepared or so we thought when we went to Paul's inside ArtVan in Warren. Then we met Jeff, who with no pressure explained all of the rest of what we didn't know. He explained consumer rating on the top 2 sets and the differences. He never hurried even though I'm quite sure he is commission based and it was Christmas and VERY busy. He explained that the TV we wanted would not be on sale prior to the Super Bowl and how the new models come out. He allowed us to take pictures for more comparisons also. We left and made it as far as our car before returning to buy it! He set up the install and due to a promo we didn't have to pay or suffer thru what we did not have a clue how to do our selves. Jonathan & Jared were 2 of the best salesmen I've met in a long time! Jonathan was my primary salesman, he was very knowledgeable about each product and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want, he also made excellent suggestions for extra components but was still careful to stay at my price point. During the checkout process, there were no bs fee's and little extra costs, it was explained flat out and that's the way I like it. My husband purchased a 3D smart TV for me for Christmas. He did lots or research and went to Best Buy as well. He ended up purchasing the TV from Paul's TV. Not only was the price right, but he got excellent customer service by a very knowledgeable salesperson. After I received my set, I was at a loss as to how to best use the TV and it's mutiple options that were frankly, over my head. We went to see our salesman, Frank, at Paul's TV and purchased a 3D blu ray DVD player and 3D HDMI receiver along with six pair of 3D glasses. Frank was able to answer all of my questions from the research that I had done. He couldn't have been more helpful. He set up an appointment for Paul's TV to come to the house for installation of all of my new equipment. The two techs that came to the house were very pleasant and further educated me and made sure that I knew how to use my new system before they left the house. I am absolutely thrilled with the merchandise and service we received. I would go no to other place for my future electronics needs.

Our son bought us a 50 inch plasma hd tv, blue ray, sound bar, wireless woofer and accessories for Christmas, not only a great gift, but his experience at Paul's was exceptional. We decided we wanted the 55" with computer capabilities and the larger screen, which fits our space well. In exchanging this product, I talked with a few of the professionals at Paul's, all of them courteous and helpful, especially Ernie, Arlo, and Caesar, who did the final write-up and exchange. Of course, we had to pay for the upgrade, but Caesar gave us a great deal at that, and our son had also received favorable pricing for his purchases. Given our experience, we would recommend Paul's as a first choice for knowledgable and helpful professionals, as well as their products. While pricing is first in most people's agenda, I beleive Pauls' is very competitive and they will courteously deal prices with you. If we have further purchases in this line, Pauls will be our first visit.

What a fabulous experience with person-to-person assistance when buying a new TV; a "smart" one at that, at Paul's TV in Fort Collins. The manager, Aaron,l made us feel like our business really mattered. The two men who came to install our new TV and haul off our old, very heavy TV, were personable and well versed in what they were doing. Tom went through the various aspects of our TV and showed us everything and answered every question. Being non-techy, that was very important to us. Rafael was equally knowledgeable about the technology of installation and use. My husband & I went to Paul's TV in Avon to see what they had for TV's this weekend, and were pleasantly surprised when Eugene helped us. I was nearly a bystander as this was more my husband's thing, I had just picked out the living room set at Jordan's. My husband already knew the type of TV he wanted but Eugene showed him that in the price range we were looking there were better options, but did not try and upsell him. Eugene was a really good sport as I was ribbing him about the TV stand and answered all of our questions. With the free delivery & set up and a sale they were having we could not pass up the deal......Needless to say we purchased the TV that day and the experience was amazing!!!! Eugene was really good at explain all of the warrantee options and told us he would be there if we had any questions, he also explained the price match so I felt at ease purchasing this set from Paul's. Now being the savvy shopper that I am, when we got home I got on the internet to try and find that TV at a lower price and could not!!!! I would like to commend the following three men -- Chris Bingham, Mike Shields, & Pierre Lubin. I was shopping for a refrigerator and Pierre was very helpful with measurements, etc. He had given me his card because I wasn't certain of the height that I needed. I left the store to go home and measure and realized I was missing my tennis bracelet. I called Jordan's Furniture since I also was shopping for furniture and they said no one had turned it in. I decided to take a ride back and roam the store, searching for it. My last stop was Paul's TV and as I walked back in, they said they had found it and put it in the safe because they figured it was mine. They came looking for me in the store, but I had already left. I encountered the nicest sales associate in many years last week when I entered the Paul's TV in Monrovia, Ca. This young man's name is Joseph Daly. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but had the personality and all the patience needed to deal with me. He was kind, offering me advice, figuring out what I really needed and not trying to oversell me things that my husband and I would never use. He had my full attention and was giving me time to call home to find out my husband's input.
After we had finally decided on a product, Joseph looked up my name in the computer and found that my husband and I had a 4 year service contract on our other set, so I called from the store and found that my current TV may still be under warranty. We decided that should be my next step.
After the hours Joseph had spent with me, he didn't seem upset that at this time there would be no sale, pending the service call. He was actually apologizing to me for not having looked that up for me right away. I couldn't believe how carrying and kind he was. I never felt rushed the entire time.
I hope that someone from corporate finds and reads this commendation for Joseph Daly and rewards him in some way for doing such a great job for Paul's TV. Joseph is a real asset to the Company. I plan on doing more business with Paul's TV in the future and I hope Joseph will be there to assist me.

New to the Greater Salem NH area, this is a great store with a huge selection of TVs, all on display. This made it very easy to judge the differences between sets. My Sales Rep Vinny was superb. He really knows his stuff. He had answers to all my questions explaining everything in a manner anyone could easily understand. You can't beat the service packages they offer. Making such a large purchase like this made it critical that I buy from a store that backs up the products they sell, and Paul's does that and more. For the record, I bought a Samsung UN55ES8000 and am very happy with the entire buying experience from Paul's TV. The 55" HD picture with 240Hz refresh is stunning. "I placed an order on line for 70 inch tv..they said it would be here in 7 to 10 days...too my surprise they called to deliver a couple of days later..keep in mind this was a few days before Christmas..unfortunately I was going to be out of town that day so I was now worried that the tv would not be delivered before Christmas but to my surprise again I called to reschedule and they told me they could deliver it the very next day..The tv arrived in excellent condition and before Christmas!! Wow, what a great experience we just had at Paul's in Fort Collins! The short review: Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, and gave us amazing service. We had an online coupon, which he graciously honored. Loved shopping there, and we can't wait to get our new 50" Panasonic plasma delivered! The longer review: My husband and I had researched approximately what kind of flatscreen we wanted, but weren't quite sure exactly which model to choose.. nor where to buy it. We looked online and at one of the large retail stores (initials are B.B.) first, but we found an online coupon for Paul's TV and decided to go. I'm so happy we did! We got help from Aaron, who was wonderful for several reasons: First, he's very knowledgeable about the different models of televisions. He was able to explain the primary differences among the low-, middle- and highest-priced models. Second - he never tried to sell us more TV than we wanted; I felt that he completely understood that we had a budget, and truly wanted to help us get the most TV for our money. There was no uncomfortable feeling that you sometimes get from a typical salesperson doing their salesperson thing.. it was more like having a friend that works at an electronics store. Third - we needed a receiver to complete our home setup. He wanted to know what kind of speakers we had, then recommended a model based on what he knew about those speakers (which are kind of an obscure brand). Not a more expensive receiver than we were originally looking at, either - just one that would better match with our particular speakers. Paul's didn't have the blu-ray player we wanted (it was out of stock at a number of places post-holiday). Rather than try to sell us what they DID have on hand, Aaron gave us suggestions on where to go to find one. Before we left, he showed us how to operate our TV and remote, and told us we could call him with ANY questions. Compared to some of the big electronics chains, Paul's TV in Fort Collins could be considered a smaller store (it may be bigger in Denver?). But don't let the size deter you - they have a great selection here, all sizes and price ranges. And the personal attention we got was such a breath of fresh air! Purchased a new receiver for my home entertainment center from Vinny. He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on receiver to suit our needs. The receiver had to come from the warehouse so we came back later that week to pick it up. A mix up in the warehouse delivered us a different model than the one we ordered and we didn't realize it until we got it home. When we contacted Vinny he told us to come back and swap it for the correct model. We arrived at the store and when he went to get us the receiver he found that the warehouse had shipped only the other model and not what we had ordered. He was embarrassed and apologetic for the mix up and promised to get the correct one as soon as possible. This was on Friday the 21st of December and the earliest he could get it would be after Christmas. We were disappointed but understood that these things happen and joked about having to travel back to the store yet again. He promised he would see what he could do and I was surprised when my phone rang on the 24th, yes Christmas Eve, and it was Vinny. He had the receiver and would be dropping it off at my home to save us the trip back. He went to the warehouse himself, picked it up. I couldn't believe it. A big thanks to Vinny and to Paul's TV for service above and beyond.

I just bought a 46" Samsung flat screen TV from Paul's TV. The experience was exceptional. The Salesman (Robert) was extremely informative and willing to answer any and all questions I had for him. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a particular TV. He just asked questions about what I wanted in a TV and listened to what I had to say. Once I installed the TV there was is issue with both the remotes. I called Samsung (on Christmas) to try and correct the issue and they were not 100% sure how to fix them other than to just send me all new ones. I was not very assured that would correct the problem. The probability that both remotes were defective at the same time was highly unlikely. I called Robert and he said return the TV and he will supply me with a new one. Once I installed the new TV the issue disappeared. Finally, I had difficulties connecting the new TV with my old stereo system. After spending just a few minutes on the phone with Robert, he offered to personally come to my house and connect the two systems. It took him about 30 minutes. There was no way I would have been able to set the two systems up knowing what he went through to get them talking to each other. I was extremely pleased with his support. Even though I originally had issues with the remotes it was how Robert addressed the situation that made me very pleased with my decision to buy the TV from Paul's TV (Robert). He also went beyond typical customer service by helping me literally install my new TV.

My father purchased a 65" Smart TV for my mother's Christmas present. After my mom finally found a tv stand, my mother and I attempted to set up the tv ourselves. Lets just say it was harder than we thought it would be. We called Pauls Tv in a panic and Mike answered. Turns out he was the sales associate who had helped my dad pick out the tv. I usually NEVER do surveys or reviews because I never feel compelled so much by customer service. Let me tell you that a one star review will be going to the best buy up here in Denver after this review. 5 stars to the fellow James at this location. After several failed attempts to get questions answered at Best Buy, I was politely greeted by James. He answered every question I had, and added his own questions that I didn't even think about to help me make my choice. Never was he pushy, which is themain reason I bought. I was on the fence because of all the technology available, but with the knowledge that was shared with me I was and am confident I made an informed purchase. If all that wasn't enough, James came out after the fact and helped me fix some minor issues I couldn't figure out. SOLID SERVICE! After a lot of research on plasma TV I decided to purchase a Panasonic 60" TV, Model TCP60GT50. I looked at the unit in best buy, but found it difficult to get anyone to provide additional info. Paul's TV was just opening across the street so I decided to stop in and check it out. I met Anthony, and his help was excellent!!!! He was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He had all the answers to my MANY questions. His knowledge was very good on all products and gave me good feed back on the differences between the Panasonic unit models and the Samsung units. He told me about the price match policy, advised me on sound bar systems, demoed a couple for me, but agreed they did not have some of the features that were in the zvox 555. He also explained the history of Paul's TV and the warranty policy that offers 1/2 back if you don't need service during the time it is under contract. I finally decided to check out Best Buy once more and found the price was $200.00 less than Paul's. I went back to Anthony, he looked it up on the Best Buy site and matched the price. NO PROBLEM!!! The thing I liked best was there was no pressure, and he always greeted me with a smile. The rest of the crew there seemed equally pleasant and knowledgeable. I'd go back there in a minute and recommend Anthony and Paul's TV to any of my friends.

Was very pleased with the knowledge and help we received. My father was looking for a new television. He had just purchased a TV (directly) from Bose that even though the sound was great, the TV did not work with my father's living room and quite frankly was quite overpriced, picture quality not the greatest so he had just returned it and was anxious to find a TV that would work for him. I saw an ad for Paul's online and was pleased to find out there was a store in Salem, NH and did not have to drive to Reading, MA. My father is not electronic savvy so it was nice to have a salesperson (Vinnie, I believe) that could explain the different TV's and their options in terms he understood. He did not try to sell us the most expensive TV like most places try to. Just a great quality TV with options that will work for my Dad. We also had Paul's set up the TV and my father is now happily enjoying is new TV. My father was also pleased to learn that they also sell kitchen appliances and washers and dryers. As someone that owns rental properties, he was so pleased with Vinnie's help and some great deals that are offered that he is now planning to purchase the appliances from Paul's within the next few months. Paul's TV is a great place to buy a television. I worked with Steve in the Canoga Park location in the mall. Paul's recruited him to run the store and make some improvements. He was extremely knowledgable and far exceeded my expectations when it came to buying, being considerate of my price points and talking with me about options. I waited till the delivery to write the review and I was up front with Steve about it. They were thorough, answered my questions and technically competent when it came to the install. I bought a 55" Panasonic Plasma, new blu ray player, mount and installed it over my fireplace. Today so many people are unaware of how rude they are, the only reason I would think there's such a stark difference between my experience and the other reviews listed is that the people writing these reviews were crappy customers. Yes, that is possible. I'm a business man - by no means am I elevating myself to a level of superiority. We're all equal. I simply wish to point this out because I have to be professional every day in corporate America and work with clients from all walks of life and I felt that I was treated with respect and consideration. They won my business and I had a great experience. I had been tracking this TV on Amazon, Best Buy, you name it. I recently moved to California for a new job position and didn't know of Paul's TV. Maybe that says something.

We went to Paul's TV on Monday and spent a couple hours with Caesar discussing TVs and the pros and cons of various models. Caesar was very knowledgeable and was helpful in finding the right TV for me instead of just selling an expensive unit that did more than I needed. This RAVE REVIEW is about MATT GUSTUS. I own a world wide business, and bring over 40 years of sales/marketing experience to any table I sit at. If Matt was in my field, I would hire him in an instant. His presentation, product knowledge, demeanor, overall professionalism and willingness to do whatever he could to make this purchasing endeavor a "royal" experience was an outstanding success. I was going to make my purchase from Best Buy, but starting with his greeting to my wife and I, and then the way he followed up with phone calls, and exceptional service at the close of the sale a week or so later, including even coming to my home to see what kind of existing system set up I had, was beyond good service, it was exceptional service! Today was the installation. New TV, receiver, blue ray player and speaker system. He showed up an hour before the installers, to assist me in moving some things, and to remove the old and install the new speakers. He even assisted the installers once they arrived. He is polite, dedicated and based upon the time I have spent with him, a very nice guy. I could go on, but I don't want it to appear that I've been paid by Matt to say nice things about him. Actually, when I offered him something for the time he spent, outside of work, on his day off, helping me, he refused the funds! If I were in a position of authority in your company, I would keep an eye on this young man because he did everything right, and in this day and age that makes him one in a million!

Got a TV from here, Phil was great in the store & then the guys who came to install it did a very clean and professional install. Only issue is I like to have the TV on and listen to music, I couldn't figure out how to do this with my new system. I called into the store and Phil informed me that the system would have to be wired differently to accomplish this. I had no clue on how to wire it and asked if someone could come out again. Phil told me that his store manager Orion lived by me and would stop by on his way home, Orion came by rewired it for me & taught me how to use it. I would highly recommend Paul's TV to all my friends; they have great service & good prices too.

I bought my big screen Sharp TV in 2010 at Paul's TV in Redondo Beach. I wanted to add my Wii to the input category. I went back to Paul's TV and told the Sales Rep., Adrian, I was not a customer, but just had a question. He spent a great deal of time researching how I would be able to solve my problem. He even went back in the records to find the model of my TV and researched the manual and then took the time to write down each step for me. I am so happy to complete a task that had been troubling me for some time. I want everyone to know that the Representative, Adrian, was not there just to take care of new customers, but to see that prior customers are STILL BEING TAKEN CARE OF.

Needed to upgrade our TVs to High Def. Visited this store which had just opened in my neighborhood. I had lots of questions and needed to be "upgraded" on the latest technology as I am a newly retired old timer. I was concerned about having a salesperson trying to pressure and rush me into buying the wrong product. When I walked into the store I met George Kimberlin. George took the time to explain the new HD sets to me and answered my many questions without once pressuring me to buy one. In fact I left without making a purchase. I did come back the next day and,of course, bought two sets from George. I thereafter experienced a number of technical problems with the cable tv in setting up the sets. Both George and another empoyee Ryan graciously took the time to help me get the sets performing as expected. This was refreshing as I had already made the purchases. I am most pleased with my new TVs and enjoyed my shopping experience at Paul's.

We recently moved to Burlington, MA from Denver, CO. We were at Jordan's Furniture looking for a bookshelf and decided to pop into Paul's TV to look at a dishwasher. There we met one of the nicest, most sincere and kindest sales people we have ever encountered - Mike Shields. Paul's TV recently started carrying appliances a week earlier and although Mike explained he was not an expert (yet), he got us taken are of with Samsung dishwasher. I like that he was honest that they were new to the appliances market and if he did not know the answer to our question, he got the answer. Mike made the sale simple and easy.
Mike was so great on the dishwasher, that we decided to go ahead and buy a TV and sound bar from him as well. We had planned to wait a few weeks, but after meeting Mike we knew he was the guy to find the right TV. Mike Shields may be new to the dishwasher products, but the guy knows TVs better than anyone I have ever met. What I liked best was Mike did not try to sell us on the biggest and most expensive TV. He sold us on the TV that made sense for us and our TV viewing habits. He asked the right questions and got us into the right products.
Paul's TV's did not a great job with the delivery and installation. Everything came as expected, they delivered and installed in a professional manner. Stellar service! It has been three weeks now and we love our TV, our sound bar and our dishwasher.
If you are looking for appliances and especially a TV - Mike Shields at Paul's TV is the guy.

Looking for a TV? I want to recommend Grant at Paul's TV. I'm 65 and needed to replace my old 36" TV. Grant was very professional and knowledgeable about his product lines. He took time to explain things to me and more important he asked questions about my present service and what I was looking for. I am usually the buy everything online guy, but this time I decided to try buying in a brick & mortar store and couldn't have been happier. I called to ask if they had a 60" Panasonic GT50 in Stock and Bob was really helpful, and more importantly knew exactly what he was talking about. I wanted some help choosing a new HDTV and I wanted it installed since my previous system (not purchased from Paul's) was a mess. Matt Remeika was the home installation rep and he came to the house when promised and we talked for a long time about what I wanted and my budget. He recommended a terrific set up with no sales pressure. The installation team was tied up at another location on the day they were supposed to arrive but they called to let me know. When they did arrive, even though it was late, they took the time and care to set things up very well and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. The installation was clean and professional. Since then I've had a few questions for Matt and he is very prompt and helpful responding to everything. A few months back, my parents recently purchased a big screen Smart TV and Surround Sound System from Andre Evans at Paul's TV in Southfield, MI. Both parents, being retired, enjoy evenings at home watching movies and sports, and love to stay on top of new technology, although not always very knowledgeable about how it works. During the selection process, Andre Evans was extremely professional and patient with them; taking his time to explained every single detail, aspect, and capability, with step-by-step instructions, for every single TV and system that interested them. That patients and extensive explanations allowed them to be very comfortable and confident about the purchase they made.
Here's the problem, after delivery, my parents forgot everything Andre taught them! Here's the solution, prior to leaving the store, Andre gave my parents his business card, which they utilized immediately. Andre has been at their beck and call ever since. He sits on the phone with them for hours going through step-by-step instructions. When that doesn't help, he makes house calls, without any charge, and makes sure my parents come to a complete understanding on how to work their new advanced technological purchase. He now has my parents surfing the Internet with their TV, watching blue ray movies, and best of all my dad knows how to listen to his football games in surround and impress his friends.
Andre's professionalism and kindness has never waivered. Even now months after the purchase, when my dad forgets how to turn on the blue ray dvd, Andre is just a phone call away. My parents, being slightly elderly, are everything to me; and it means a lot to me that Andre Evans takes the time to make sure they are well taken care of. I suffice it to say, he is one of the reasons that that store is doing so well and he is the only person my parents, myself, and our family and friends will go to for any purchase of this kind.

I have never in my 40 years of being alive had service as exceptional as Paul's TV in Fort Collins. Alex B helped me immensely with the process. If anyone buys a TV on the internet or another store and thinks they are getting a good deal--you are fooling yourself! At the end of the day I researched all options and found that Paul's was competitive on every level. Actually I am delighted to say I was WRONG. Paul's TV had my back when I decided to upsize my purchase Their professional sales and support staff blew my expectations out of the water. If this still hasn't convinced you to go to Paul's-then reflect on the fine print on the bottom of those internet sites: YOU get to pay shipping if something is wrong with the TV. Paul's sales staff checked out the tv before I even walked out of the store to ensure that I had a seamless setup and install. I recently bought a large screen TV. They matched the lowest price I found. Several days later a similar model dropped in price. The were willing to match the deal or offer me a blue-ray, extra year extended warranty, s reduction in price and 4 3-D glasses. The salesperson, Don King, was extremely helpful and did not try to sell me on any product. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various models and their differences and was able to answer all my questions and advise me on what was best for me. Baba helped us out. I came in there with the tv I wanted already and the price I saw on their website. Asked Baba if they price match from their website and he said they do. Got a great deal!! Their website offers better deals but I came in just to check out the tv up close and wanted to see if they would give me the same deal at the store which they did. I recommend everyone to do their research first on the tv they want on their website because they are salesmen and their job is try to sell as much as they can to you so I expected that but you need to know your budget and limit. I do not recommend their professional installation and wall mount because it is pricey! Professional installation costs 400 bucks from them. The wall mounts I feel are over priced and can get good one from amazon. The real challenge is finding someone who will professionally install it on your wall for less. Luckily for me I have a family member who can do it. The extended warranty is of kind of pricey but they do offer half of the extended warranty price refunded if it is not used during the whole period of the warranty and I really recommend an extended warranty when it comes to televisions. If you are not the type who handles well with salesmen and get easily taken in by their sales pitch, then I do not recommend you coming in person even if you just wanted to look at the tv. Just do your research online and buy it from there.

Tyler Weimer at your Lone Tree store, gets 5 stars because he is, "as good as it gets" when it comes to customer service! Woohoo :) I purchased a big screen TV and needed help setting the TV up so Direct TV could come out and set up the cable connection. I didn't realize that Direct TV only hooks up the cable. I called Tyler and explained my situation and the first thing he said was, " Sure, I will help you with that." So Tyler was kind enough to come to my house AFTER he had worked his whole day and night shift and set up up our new TV. My first encounter with Paul's TV was my call to Juan who spent the time to educate me on my products of interest (73" Mitsubishi TV, sound system and service plan). His knowledge and suggestions not only saved me money but yielded the results he represented. I had a special situation with a limited delivery window. Juan and Darrin worked diligently to assure delivery in that window (which was a potential challenge because of the interruption in commerce due to Hurricane Sandy). The deliverer unpacked my TV, helped me set it in place, we hooked up the power, connected it to my satellite box and assured my satisfaction before completing the delivery process. "Saturday I ordered a 73" DLP TV and got it today Tuesday, Monday was a holiday. I do not have it hooked up yet so I can not rate the TV at this time but I will be back when it's set up. Talk about service after a purchase ...We bought our 73" Mitsubishi tv from Art Van-Paul's Tv November 2011. They delivered it hooked it up and we had to call our tv service carrier to have everything connected to work. We did that and Comcast took about 3 minutes with us and were out the door faster than we could take our next breath. Needless to say we haven't been able to use our dvd-blueray player because we couldn't get it to work. After a year of this we called Paul's Tv-ArtVan and we talked to David Chase. He offered to come to my home, well out of his way, going home and he found it not to be hooked up correctly. He fix all conections and sat with us untill we were comfortable with the whole set up. Frank at Paul's TV in Dacono has been amazing from start to finish. My husband and I were in looking at furniture for our new home and were a little skeptical when we were told that our furniture purchases qualified us for a free TV. Nevertheless, we figured we would check it out anyway and see what they were "really" offering. Right away Frank explained the details of the offer and was very upfront about the whole thing. We discovered that the TV they were offering was indeed a flat screen but was not exactly what we had in mind. We ended up being able to upgrade to any TV of our choice minus a $500 credit from the free TV. Frank answered our questions honestly and openly and we ended up purchasing an awesome 60 inch plasma and getting $500 off! In addition, Frank called us a few days after our purchase to give us some advice on getting a great deal on a sound bar to compliment our new TV. On the day the TV arrived to be set up, we were very pleased with how professional the guys were and appreciated them taking the time to walk us through a few extra things so we could learn all the ins and outs of our new set up. Frank has not only checked up on us to make sure everything is going well with our new equipment, but on the occasion we have a question he is readily available to assist us and even remembers who we are when we call. The whole experience has far exceeded our initial expectations and even though we were not necessarily planning on getting a new TV right away, we have been very happy with our purchase and would not have changed the way it all worked out. I visited the Warwick store on two occasions as part of my research on purchasing a new TV. Chris, the Warwick store manager, spent time with me comparing the pros and cons of the two TV's I was looking at - a 64" Samsung LED and the 65" Panasonic Plasma. Chris contacted Matt from the Boston store and arranged to have Matt come to my house and gave me an in-house consultation. Matt came to the house and we discussed the two TV's and how the installation would be completed. Chris followed up after the meeting with Chris and came to my house to discuss installation and to review the components I already owned. He was a wealth of information and gave me some good ideas for the audio set up. I then went to the store and met with Tim, who reviewed all the information about the Panasonic plasma TV. I purchased the Panasonic TCP65VT50 the following day. Chris set up the installation but due to the recent storms, the installation was delayed. Once the installation was scheduled, the installers arrived in a timely manner. The installers were professional, curtious and provided additional helpful information about the TV and my audio system. Chris called me the day after the installation to make sure there were no problems. I informed him that the installers were not able to access the Internet through the TV. I told Chris that contacted Panasonic to review the problem. They walked me through a couple of attempts to solve the problem. Once it was determined what was wrong, Panasonic told me that they would send me the part and follow-up with me to make sure the problem was fixed. Chris told me that he will also follow-up with me to make sure the problem is corrected. I have nothing but praise for Chris and Tim for the way I was treated as a customer. Thanks for all the help in what is a very confusing Large Screen TV market.

My first purchase from Paul's TV after months of research for a plasma TV that we want to buy. We study pros and cons of all the TV brand reviews and finally decided the Panasonic plasma 55" TV TC-P55ST50 is what we wanted. Now comes our secondary decision...who has the best deal price and service and with future business partnership in mind. We picked Paul's TV. They are local small business near us with the best price and great customer reviews. We wanted our service to be more personalized than the big chains where we will feel most comfortable. On 11/24/12, we call Paul's TV in Nashua, NH and spoke to Mark Giles on the phone...rest is history..no further decision to be made he satisfied us everything from professionalism, knowledge, detail explanation of all of our questions and more... We bought more than just a TV, TV accessories like 3D glasses and cables ..believe it or not, we were watching the TV next day morning.....this was our most pleasant shopping trip ever... Mark is just great, product is great and all working flawlessly..our lifetime enjoyment begin just less than 24 hours after we spoke to Mark the first time on the phone.....we highly recommended to everyone that this is indicative of all future business with Paul's TV would be like.

Rich Corpuz was really helpful in my selection of electronics. I have purchased 4 TV's as well as Reciever and two sets of speakers from Pauls TV. Rich always takes care of me on price.

Great sales associate Rob Manassero, was extremely helpful really knows his products. Didn't try to over sell to us. Listened to what we wanted and helped us pick the right Big screen tv for our home. Would recommend him for your tv needs.

BEST STORE EVER!!! Bob was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I had no idea what type of tv to purchase and he took his time with me and there was no pressure to hurry up and buy. He was so nice and courtesy. He really hooked me up with everything and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I got an AMAZING DEAL!! Tv, tv stand, and blu ray player for a great price. I highly recommend this store and Bob is your guy. I never take the time to yelp but I just had to share how great this store is and I will tell everyone about Bob and Paul's TV . Mark also helped me to my car and had no problem with loading my car which was totally nice of him. I assure you Bob will not let you down.

I would recommend this company to but a TV from. I went to Best Buy, they stocked me up with fees galore. The sales person at Paul's TV didn't do that. The sales person I dealt with was names Chuck. He was helpful, kind, and courteous. I had a little problem and he took great care in making me happy. So if you want to be a happy camper or a happy buyer of a TV this should be your first and only choice.

I purchased my TV here a 40 In samsung led I had great service from the first time I called in for info, until my TV was delivered. The sales person I had Steve was very helfpul and took alot of time with me. I called him several times on questions , and he was always very courteous and did not make me feel like I was stuoid. I also want to say that the delivery people were also very nice and followed thru with the installation. They also took the time to instruct me on the new tv. I would recommend this store to all. Customer service also very helpful, abnd they meet the price if you see it cheaper wlsewhere, with no hassal

STEVE the Store Manager at Paul's helped me & my family find exactly what we needed and DAVID also was answering a lot of questions that we had. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. They went ABOVE & BEYOND customer service for us! David offered to carry out the t.v for us (32) inch I'm glad he did as my husband & I have back problems. I really appreciated the help and ITS VERY HARD TO FIND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS! I thoughly enjoy my t.v & I got A great deal! THANKS GUYS!!! I WILL BE BACK!
