We offer 6 months, NO INTEREST financing on approved credit. Financing requires a minimum of $99 purchase, minimum monthly payments and the balance must be paid in full in 6 months to avoid interest. Interest is applied after the 6 month term of your initial purchase.

If you would like approval for an exact amount, place your selected items into the cart, and while filling out the application put your total purchase amount into the “Initial Purchase Amount if Known” section.
No, everything on our website is eligible for online financing. There are no restrictions to what you purchase or how many items you purchase. Your credit limit is the only restriction to financing your purchase.

Once you receive your account number you are ready to populate your shopping cart with the items you would like to purchase at PaulsTV.com. When you have all of the items in your shopping cart you can proceed to checkout. When asked for your payment information during checkout, you want to select “Paul’s TV Credit Card” as your payment option. Enter your account number into the “Account Number” field and answer the confirmation questions. When your transaction is complete, a confirmation page will inform you that your order has been placed and received in our system (you’ll also receive an email confirmation for your records). Your purchase is done! The process from this part is the same as any other purchase; you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if your order shipped via freight you’ll receive a phone call to schedule a delivery date.

Paul’s TV is an authorized dealer for everything we offer. Every product offered by Paul’s TV comes with its standard manufacturer warranty. This is generally 1 year for both parts and labor, but some may be limited to 90-days labor and 1-year parts warranty. The warranty on many TVs over 42” is in-home service, which means that if your TV should malfunction, a technician will be sent to the location of the television, saving you time and hassle. Everything else will typically come with a “carry-in” warranty, this simply means that you are responsible for ensuring the product reaches the repair facility. This applies to the extended service plans as well as manufacturer warranties. Yes, Paul’s TV offers extended service plans for all electronics that we offer. We offer an additional 2-year and 4 year-extended service plan. The price varies depending on the type of product and price paid for all electronics and appliances. Ideally all of the products sold at Paul’s TV will give you years of trouble-free entertainment, but even the highest-quality products can occasionally fail outside of the manufacturer’s included warranty. Your extended service plan is covered by Warrantech.
Absolutely, we offer a very exclusive 5-year home theater service plan. This service plan was built and provided to protect your new television purchase, plus all of the additional electronics you purchased to work with your television. This is by far the best value if you are purchasing a TV.
Absolutely! Our price match policy matches the price of any authorized retailer that has the product you request in stock. Our price protection is good for 30 days after your initial purchase. For in-store purchases, products are often capable of being delivered within 24 – 48 hours if you did not opt to transport your purchase yourself. For online purchases, depending on the size of the items purchased, products will be shipped via either UPS or freight carrier 24 – 48 hours after your order has been placed. You are allowed to return or exchange your product within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in new, working condition. Paul’s TV is not responsible for damages caused by the customer. A 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply. You must return all original packaging and included materials, e.g., Styrofoam, manuals, remotes, registration cards, etc., or additional charges may apply. On bundle purchases in which there is a set price for multiple items, if you choose to return one item in the bundle, the remaining items will be charged at their individual retail price. If your purchase has yet to be shipped, you can contact the store you showroom were you made your initial purchase; if you purchased online you can call us at 888.669.1030 to cancel your order without any penalties. However, if your order has already been shipped, then you will be subject to our standard return policy.

Due to the size and the nature of our showrooms, inventory is usually limited to smaller product, e.g., speakers, receivers, cables, and smaller televisions. Our bigger televisions, as well as TV stands, are typically shipped from our distribution centers directly to you at home!
We have partnered with furniture stores to bring you a match made in heaven and a beautiful showroom, however, we are still two separate entities.
