Sales Associate - Positions available throughout Virginia:
Position Information Paul's TV Sales Management team members are expected to achieve outstanding personal sales. They ensure all customers are provided exceptional customer service through sales of products and services and appropriate customer interaction. Associates are also expected to assist in maintaining the stocking/merchandising of product and overall store appearance. Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales: • Promptly approach all customers both in person and on the telephone • Inform customers of Paul's TV "Royal Treatment" • Properly qualifying customers' needs - 'getting it right the first time' • Maximize sales potential through extended warranties, services, and accessories • Providing customers a quality Audio demonstration • Thanking customers and asking for repeat/referral business Point of Sale Operations: • Tender purchases Stocking and Merchandising: • Maintain store/product cleanliness Skills • Minimum of 5 years Consumer Electronics retail sales experience • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance in past sales positions • Passion for customer service and satisfaction • Ability to use a computer based point-of-sale system • Must be available to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and up to six days per week during peak periods • Possesses a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and excellent customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively in-person and over the phone • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through |
