E-Commerce Sales Associate (Irvine, CA)

Position Information

The E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for increasing e-commerce sales via inbound and outbound customer care calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and emails for price match and product inquiries
• Follow up with customers who have deliveries pending
• Extend customer care calls to ensure satisfaction with delivered product
• Maximize sales potential through recommending extended warranties, services, and accessories
• Thank customers and ask for repeat/referral business
• Maximize sales potential through recommending extended warranties, services, and accessories

Job Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven ability to upsell and turn negatives into positives
• Work 36-40 hours per week at a desk
• Basic phone and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
