E-Commerce Coordinator (Irvine, CA)

Position Information

The E-Commerce Coordinator will assist the E-Commerce team with administrative tasks associated with operations and accounting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review web orders and ensure accurate transfer of customer orders
• Initiate and prepare shipment appointments with trucking companies to handle inventory transfers for ecommerce
• Follow up on truckload shipment discrepancies with offsite warehouses
• Initiate damage claims / populate and update spreadsheets
• Complete and file damage claims paperwork with shippers, follow up by email or phone call, to address denied claims until they are paid off
• Track merchandise returns by various shippers on spreadsheets and report weekly
• Track and report on damage claims on spreadsheets and report weekly
• Upload and download orders from website into POS
• Reconcile inventory quantities between two systems
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed
• Post Amazon, Buy.com, Google, and Paypal deposits into company database
• Reconcile and analyze shipping invoices
• Assist with E-Commerce Accounts Receivable reconciliation
• Track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. college degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication, by phone and in person
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility with schedule and projects
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems
• 10- key Proficiency and accuracy
