| Store Sales Management (Virginia)
Position Information Paul's TV Sales Management team members are expected to achieve outstanding personal sales. They ensure all customers are provided exceptional customer service through sales of products and services and appropriate customer interaction. Associates are also expected to assist in maintaining the stocking/merchandising of product and overall store appearance. Customer Service and Sales • Responsible for overall store Sales Performance • Promptly approach all customers both in person and on the telephone • Inform customers of Paul's TV "Royal Treatment" • Properly qualifying customers' needs – 'getting it right the first time' • Maximize sales potential through extended warranties, services, and accessories • Providing customers a quality AUDIO demonstration • Thank customer and ask to return • Lead by example through exception personal sales Point Of Sale Operations • Opening and closing terminals • Tender purchases • Processing credit applications • Research product availability and special orders Stocking and Merchandising • Maintain the department displays per company merchandising direction • Pricing and tagging of merchandise • Maintain store/product cleanliness Store Operations • Nightly Closeouts: Performs procedures including all POS paperwork, cash management, and store organization when scheduled • Daily store meetings / communication / execution of company directive • Customer Relations/Service: Handles stores issues • Interviews prospective job applicants • Responsible for store assets/inventory • Effective use of general office equipment, including the Point of Sale system |
