| Field Service Technician
Position Information The Field Service Technician reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for delivery, installation and in-home sales of add-on products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Drive Paul's TV Trucks to customer homes • Deliver and set up all products according to customer preferences and/or ticket invoice • Explain all products and services • Act as an expert in the field for all consumer electronics products • Recommend additional products and services to enhance the home entertainment experience • Clean and wipe down all products prior to leaving customer home • Collect and remove all product trash from customer home • Ensure all customer questions are answered to their satisfaction • Follow-up, post visit, to ensure customer satisfaction and increase referral and repeat business • Interact with customers courteously and politely at all times • Additional job duties as assigned Job Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous sales and installation experience is a plus • Maintain a professional and well groomed physical appearance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving and resiliency skills a must • Ability to build rapport with customers • Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast paced work environment • Ability to explain electronics functionality and features • Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of ever changing consumer electronics industry Benefits Employees of Paul’s TV receive exceptional benefits including medical, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan and generous employee discounts.
