After deleting the "Place Order" box numerous times, I finally decided to order a 55" Led TV from Paul's TV. I placed the order on Wednesday Nov. 24, the day before Thanksgiving. I just purchased my new 52" HD LCD TV and it had some unexpected problems.Your service department (especially Nick) was incredibly helpful during the difficulty. They arranged for a panel replacement twice and just found it is justified to replace the TV. I recently had a problem getting a replacement bulb for my TV. I called the warranty company and spoke to a representative who took all my information. I was informed my bulb would be shipped right away. After several days, I contacted the warranty company and was told the bulb had shipped via FedEx and was left at the front door. I informed her I did not receive it and was told I needed to contact FedEx as they were responsible. I contacted FedEx who said it had been delivered to a different address. I was quite upset to say the least. I drove to Paul's TV and spoke with Oscar. It was evening time and Oscar said he could not check on it, but that he would the following day. I gave him all the information I had gathered and left the store. The following day Oscar left me a voicemail saying to come by the store as he had a bulb for me! I would like your management to know just how much I appreciate Oscar's efforts in taking care of a problem that he had nothing to do with. He is definitely a customer oriented person who deserves some recognition and a great deal of praise!

I want to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Paul's TV when I purchased a Mitsubishi 73835 DLP TV. Kramer, the salesman at the Van Nuys store, was extremely professional and helpful. He was extremely busy with other customers on the day I came to the store, but he made sure to let me know I would have his full attention in a few moments. This was such a pleasant experience for me, after having been treated rudely or completely ignored by sales representatives at other stores. I didn't mind being patient while another customer was being served, because Kramer was so courteous and made me feel like a valuable customer. Delivery was on time and extremely courteous. After a few days, I noticed a tiny black spot on the screen, probably caused by a stuck mirror. I called Kramer and he was again extremely helpful and accommodating. He told me who to speak with to make arrangements to have the set replaced. On the day the replacement was set to be delivered, the delivery was again on time, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service is so rare these days that I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I had spent several days shopping)for the best package (TV, Blu Ray, Speakers, & TV Stand) I could come up with for my father. And after all the research was done it came down to another store and Paul's. See when I went to the first store, the sales people were kind rude and unknowledgeable of there top product. But the guy who helped me out at Paul's (Gary) really new his stuff and not once did he make it seem like I was bothering him with all my questions. So even though I wasn't the one buying all the equipment Gary went out of his way to make sure my dad's experience was an easy one by working with me until everything was finalized. I recently purchased an awesome LG 50" 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV from Paul's TV late Thursday Night from the store manager Daniel Chadwick at the Canoga Park store. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. He told me that my tv would be delievered next day from 2-4 pm. The next morning, I received a phone call that the delivery truck was going to be earlier than expected and they wanted to make sure that I would be home for delievry. They arrived on time and they connected the TV to the stand that it came with. Carlos and his co-worker were very helpful. They programmed my blu-ray player and my HD DVR and cleaned up the packaging and answered the few questions that I had. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I thought I was going to have to do a lot of work but before I realized it, they did all the work I was expecting to do. My experience with Paul's TV was great. I was in search of a TV after mine 'died'. One week later I saw the Ad in the metro and being a bit apprehensive about buying electronics online, I decided to do some due diligence. I researched into other companies including Amazon.com and for some reason, my hunch told me to go with Paul's TV. I am so glad I did! I would like to recommend Richard Basler as an outstanding employee - every knowledgeable, thorough, answered all my questions and even followed up to make sure everything went well. I was also very impressed with the set up - the delivery associates were very professional, courteous and helpful. My husband and I had an issue with Samsung and Pinnacle in RI.  To condense this story, I called Paul's TV.  The lucky recipient of my wrath was Steve Flaherty.  His calmness, professionalism and concern cannot be undersestimated nor should it go unnoticed. He validated my point of view, told me he would get back to me that very evening and would work to find a positive resolution to our problem.  True to his word, Steve and Erica from the Customer Care Department both called.  A service call was scheduled for the coming week. This past Wednesday, two individuals from the Field Service Department came to our home in order to secure a new pedestal stand which we had received.  They even took the time to adjust some other settings on the 58" Samsung and give suggestions to my husband. In this day and age of "just buy our product and see you later", this old-fashioned follow-through is so refreshing.  I have called the Avon store to speak with Steve directly in order to express our thanks, but someone in Corporate needs to recognize him.  Additonally, he assured me that if we run into any other concern or question, I can call to speak with him and obtain guidance. Truly, my husband and I had gone to Best Buy first to inquire about purchasing this new, high-ticket item, but the more we asked in terms of questions and the further we researched, it appeared that Paul's TV had the better reputation for the time after the deal is closed.  We are so glad we switched our minds!
