Only one

This was my 3rd HDMI cable for my 65" DLP TV I had gotten to where I didn't even want to turn it on. The first 2 didn't stay connected and there was a constant struggle to keep them plugged in. I have no problem with the Monster Cable the picture and audio are perfect. I will never buy another brand…Ever!

If you want play PS3 games in Full HD

I use Monster HDMI 700 to get Full HD ON PS3 games and Blu-ray. For audio I use THX fiber optic for surround sound if see comment of monster Standard THX fiber optic. If use This HDMI will seem like you are in game and Blu-ray movie.

PS3 only works with this cable

I had an el-cheapo cable from my PS3 to my Sony SoundBar and it would not work. I had to use the cable to the tv and then use optical out to the soundbar. After another one of my el-cheapo cables failed, I finally bought a high quality cable - this one. And wow what a difference. I can actually use my PS3 with the Sony SoundBar now! I thought it just wasn't compatible, but it turns out, it was the puke-a-rific cable that I spent 8 dollars on at [...] that was the problem. I'll never buy another el-cheapo cable again; only MONSTER!

I bought this cable about 4 or 5 years ago,& I have use it in diferent tv's & players, 1st with a projection LCD tv & an HDVD & now days with a LCD TV & a Blu Ray player, & I love its performance in every way, is just awesome, this is an investment, since you only have to buy it once & it would be good for years to come...=)

After talking wife into buying hd tv, Sky hd & a stand, i didn't think i could ask for an expensive lead so bought a cheap one. I wasn't happy with the perfofmance so bought the 700HD lead. Upstairs i have a 19in Sony Bravia with Xbox360 & Bluray & downstairs a 37in 100hz Sony Bravia & Bluray. I tried the Monster lead on all 4 connections & to my suprise it made a significant difference on all of them. The differnce it made to 37in Sony & Sky hd is outstanding. The picture is sharper, crisper, better colour, lighter & all round more HD. It is like before i had a 70% hd signal, now i have 100% & it is well worth the money. Why buy an expensive Tv & spend a lot of money on hd subscription to buy a cheap lead which will degrade the signal ? Just make sure you do your research & get the right lead for your setup. I will only buy Monster leads from now on.

Overpriced

There is no noticeable difference between this cable and the $5 cable I purchased in audio / video quality. The monster cables look nicer and are made with higher quality plastics / rubbers but every cable you buy is going to have gold plated contacts, copper wire, and shielding. Perhaps if you live in a tent under power lines the different shielding would make a difference but if you're like most people the only performance difference is in your head.
