My mom really loves her LG Google TV

All Recipes TV and Pandora while cooking is now my mom's favorite past-time. She is definitely feeling it. Feeling the easy to use TV and the LG Google remote. She clicks, scrolls, speaks into the remote while she cooks.The home dashboard has a great UI so when my mom wants to bookmark something, she can easily do that with the remote and retrieve the bookmarked website from the the bookmark dashboard cardThe speedy dual-core LG L9 CPU is something that she does not see from the beautiful exterior of this TV. It actually is the reason for a fast and smooth navigation of the Smart TV apps.Oh and I tried watching a 3D movie on this TV and it's great.

The Apps, 3D, and Design are the assets of this TV

Cartoon Network, CNN, New York Times, Netflix, HBO Go,YouTube. These are channels that me and my family frequently access on my LG Google TV. The built-in WiFi and Internet cable installed at home gives us access to all the content we want. We do have smartphones and iPads but since we have an LG TV packed with Google TV system, we barely use them anymore.The luxury of cherry picking my favorite channels and app is the value that I get the most from this TV. I do not really care that LG TV can deliver great 3D quality as what I usually do with my TV is access my favorite smart TV apps. Some of them are paid and some are free. Paying for great apps is OK for me as they are not that expensive anyway.

G2 is good enough to buy

the magic remote is upgraded from the old LG magic remote. It has a keyboard added on to it. I personally think it's very creative. What's more, only one remote, we can control devices from my TV to my bluray player and my top box. I didn't realize this trick till I searched it online. After all, this remote is the first generation, I wish the second one can figure out more comfortable size of the keyboards.
