Off to a great start with this Samsung Smart TV! Fairly simple to use, even for us older folks that are mildly techno saavy. Make sure you use the high speed HDMI cable hook-ups for max performance.

Love the TV overall. The picture is excellent! The size/shape is very slim and appealing. The TV is a bit complicated to use all functions. This TV was sold with a Blu-ray DVD player component. I have had it for a month and just figured out how to use Skype (requires the purchase of an additional component for extra cost). The Bluetooth remote sometimes takes a bit long too synch with the TV when you first flip it over to the keyboard side. The biggest surprise was that I have cable TV and also purchased the Samsung sound bar (more money) and now need to use 4 remotes! I cannot believe that Samsung has not found a way to combine the functions of the Smart TV, DVD, and sound bar remote control boxes. It also seems silly that in this day & age no TV manufacturer can figure out how we can do away with the cable TV company's remote!

Just bought this TV yesterday. Overall, very nice. Sound quality is OK for a thin screen TV. Netflix Volume is low enough to be bothersome and need an audio out to a stereo system...I'd like Samsung to fix this issue, please! Picture quality is superb. I watch Netflix movies regularly so that's an issue so if asked if I would buy this all over again, I'd say yes only if Samsung can fix the Netflix sound volume issue! I gave 4 stars on value because the only apps I use are Pandora and Netflix which my DVD player already has.
